apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

We had a great 2-night stay in Faenza. The apartment was centrally located and just a pleasant 13-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient. It had all the amenities needed for a short stay, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment. Do note that it’s on the third floor with no elevator - not an issue for us, but worth keeping in mind. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Luisa met us in person and walked us through the apartment, explaining everything clearly. She was very lovely and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

è stato bellissimo soggiornare presso la casa di Paola, le foto non le rendono giustizia! spaziosa ed estremamente pulita, è stata l'ideale per la mia famiglia. Paola è una host eccellente, premurosa ma mai invadente ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! altamente raccomandata!!

L’appartamento ha soddisfatto le aspettative, era pulitissimo e ordinato con ogni confort, era ben riscaldato con tutti i servizi, vicinissimo al centro storico e a tanti altri servizi, lo consiglio ☺️

Le logement est pres des commerces donc c est très pratique . Il y a toujours une place pour se garer, c est un luxe. Après les visites, nous pouvons aller à la plage très rapidement. Notre hôte est toujours disponible et à notre écoute pour répondre aux questions. Pas de difficulté pour entrer dans l appartement tout est simple grâce à ses explications. C est propre et spacieux. Pour un court séjour à Ravenne, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Nous sommes très contents.

⸻ Appartamento confortevole e ben posizionato, a due passi dal centro. Il vero pezzo forte? Il garage di proprietà: parcheggi l’auto e te ne dimentichi! Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la caldaia rotta proprio nella notte tra sabato e domenica, ma Cesare è stato super disponibile e presente, non ci ha mai lasciati soli. La sua gentilezza e prontezza ci hanno davvero colpiti: 5 stelle meritate per la sua vicinanza e attenzione. Dopo questa esperienza, ho ancora più voglia di affidarmi a lui in futuro!

Locuința este minunată!! La câțiva pași de centru și maxim 10 minute pe jos de gară / autobuze. Foarte frumos mobilată, extrem de curat și cu mult mai multe dotări decât am avut nevoie ❤️ aer condiționat în fiecare cameră a fost foarte util 🙏, am putut ține ușa închisă la camera fetitei fără sa ne fie frica de temperatură. Robert ne-a ajutat mult cu check in mai devreme, am primit multe informații, ni s-au arătat toate facilitățile apartamentului și am primit recomandări foooarte utile pentru restaurante în apropiere ❤️ Chiar s-a interesat de vacanță noastră în timpul șederii. Totul GROZAV! Mulțumim!

This is the perfect place to stay if you are watching the F1. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The host are incredible, having supplied breakfast etc for us. Genuinely one of the best places we have stayed, highly recommend!

Sono stato ospite per quasi una settimana nell'alloggio e mi sono trovato benissimo. Host garbata e disponibile. L'appartamento è ben arredato con cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario per rimanere qualche giorno, senza doversi adattare a quanto di solito (non) viene messo a disposizione dell'ospite. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo, in un bel condominio, a due passi da tutto ma sito in una zona tranquilla. Il posto auto riservato è sicuramente un plus. Considerando la qualità dei servizi ci si può muovere senza auto. Enrico e sua madre sono gentilissimi e comunicativi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione molto buona: a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 3 minuti dalla piazza centrale, 1 minuto dal porto canale e a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia

This was our 1st family experience in an Airbnb. It was fantastic! we had plenty of space. The home was spotless and had everything we needed! Frederica was always extremely responsive! This experience will make it difficult for other hosts to live up to! She and her home were fabulous!!! I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this home. It was walking distance to restaurants, historical sights, and extremely safe! We'd rate this place a 5+.

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

upon entering the property Luna was amazing. she provided us snacks/wine and even recommendations on where to go. she also is a bartender so she provided us an aperitivo one night with a ton of snacks. overall the place was amazing, we got there on a rainy day and looking at the hills surrounding us were magical. only thing for improvement is the soundproofing, we ended up getting some really loud guests next to us that would love to blast Bachata music, woke me and the wife up at 4:30 in the morning. had to go over and knock on the door. even when they watched movies they had it on super loud. as side from that, I would definitely go back. felt really peaceful and the grounds are very well kept.

Abbiamo alloggiato tre settimane da Simona nell'appartamento Peonia. Il posto incantevole si contraddistingue per la pace assoluta, la pulizia, gli spazi curati con amore e dedizione indescrivibili. Simona e Valentina sono disponibili sotto ogni aspetto e al tempo stesso sanno essere discrete e mai invadenti, aspetto che ho apprezzato molto. Ci hanno offerto i loro preziosi prodotti agricoli con generosità e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni in piena libertà e privacy. L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e di gran gusto. La cucina attrezzata, la camera ampia e fresca, il bagno meraviglioso. A disposizione una lavanderia completa di lavatrice, stendino e macchina che prepara il ghiaccio. Parcheggio comodissimo con cancello automatico..E poi i cani di Simona ben educati sempre al loro posto. Noi abbiamo davvero amato la posizione immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare e il confort della piscina e di un ambiente silenzioso. Grazie di tutto!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
