Welcome to our cottage nestled in the heart of our Duclos Fougeray cider house! You walk through the doors of a 17th century farmhouse, in cob, typically Norman. It looks like you've traveled back in time, but rest assured, modern amenities are there (otherwise we would have provided you with candles and mules)! Our cottage is a bit like a good bottle of cider: full of character, a touch of sparkle, and with a touch of tradition that gives it all its charm.

In the heart of the Pays de Bray, the Bel Air gite welcomes you in a green setting for moments of tranquility. In an old farmhouse, the gîte adjoining the owners' house is in the middle of pastures. You will enjoy the panoramic view of the Normandy countryside near the pastures of our horses and the pond with its ducks.

Charming accommodation in a large manor house, renovated in a modern and bright way, fully equipped. Parking is available easily and free of charge, on site. Close to the A29. Some small shops in the village (roadhouse, pharmacy, bread distributor...). Large garden, fully enclosed. Please note that this garden is being rehabilitated in order to restore its former glory. However, it remains accessible under certain conditions.

Composed of a fully equipped open kitchen and a living room on the ground floor with direct access to a very nice terrace that is sunny all day. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm, a separate bathroom and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a large bedroom with 2 double beds of 140 and 1 bunk bed with separate bathroom and toilet.

This cottage is a separate house from our main house. We are in the heart of a peaceful village while remaining close to amenities and tourist attractions.
