From the contacts prior to the rental, to the search for additional information and also to validate the reservation, Ranieri was very helpful, fast and polite in all contacts made, whether via the website or applications. Arriving at the place, we found the accommodations exactly as we had seen in the advertisement. The attention to detail and care for the place are impressive. All environments (indoor and outdoor) were very well organized and clean. This made us feel very comfortable and really very welcomed and integrated into the place. Finally, it is also important to highlight the ease of both entry and exit. These facts already make us want to return.
