This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the town's main street, this happy little cottage is nestled among large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.

The Historic Backdoor Cottage in Southport, NC

The charming Backdoor Cottage is located in the Historic District of Southport, NC. It's named the Backdoor Cottage because you park and enter through the backdoor into the living space. It is within walking distance of the whole Historic District including the waterfront, restaurants, shops, churches and art galleries. Much of the art work in the cottage was done by local artists. Great little escape from the world.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Only steps from pool and beach access right beside the golfcourse. Great for a solo escape or a low key couples weekend. Not much of a view but very secluded and private with good wifi and a comfortable Queen bed. No you are not sharing space with anyone else. Its separate finished suite on the first floor below the main unit upstairs. It has a separate entrance and a private back patio area. New wi-fi hub and now works much better!

Dreamaway Cottage is your paradise away from home! This 3 bedroom, 3 and a half bath home located in Cape Fear Station. Downstairs we have a kitchen, dining, living room and half bath. Upstairs includes a master suite with a king bed and the guest bedroom suite has two queen beds. We also have a crofter above the 2 cart garage. There is a queen and twin bed as well as a full bath. As far as additional amenities we have a 4 and a 6 seater golf cart, 4 beach chairs, beach towels.
