Holiday rentals with a patio in Fort Cavazos

Always a 5 + star experience with this host. The properties are always immaculately maintained and extremely clean. You always feel like you are staying in your own home, so comfortable and cozy. The host communicates very well and is extremely accommodating. Always my first choice when staying in the area for work.

The bed was comfortable—something I rarely find in Airbnbs. Most places have mattresses that are sunken in, but this one was supportive and high quality. The house itself felt like staying at a family member’s place—warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Vicky does a fantastic job stocking the essentials, and the layout of the home is intuitive and well-organized. It’s clear the space was designed with both comfort and practicality in mind. There was a rainstorm during my stay, and the home held up great. It felt solid and peaceful throughout. The location is convenient, just a short drive to a gas station and Walmart, which came in handy for a longer stay. While it’s close to the highway (so not ideal for walks or outdoor exploring), that wasn’t an issue for me since I was in Lampasas for a conference. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Compared to others the event, I had one of the best lodging experiences. Highly recommend for staying in Lampases.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Was an excellent place to stay during my time in Texas! Would go back. Only thing I don’t recommend is getting in that pool on the property, doesn’t look like they do well keeping up with the cleanliness of it.. not the host responsibility, but just sharing for future tenants 😌

this is a nice and cozy apartment is exactly what me and my wife were looking for! its private and in a very peaceful location and has all the amenities you could need. the host was very kind and professional, always available whenever we needed him. The place was very clean and tidy as well as comfortable. all in all a very good experience, I highly recommend it!

This was the perfect spot to stay in Salado. Just a short walk to the main part of town with a really nice outdoor area for each of the units. The place was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and cozy. It has all the amenities you might need with a full kitchen. Great fans and A/C to help cut the summer heat. Brooke left wonderful instructions making for super easy check in and check out. We had a very nice time and would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you for a peaceful stay! Everything was as described and well cared for and well maintained. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable, and having the ability to cook, access to a full refrigerator, and privacy was lovely. Very peaceful. Was able to observe deer resting and grabbing a bite behind the fence several times…having a garage was awesome - especially during some severe storms…thank you again for a relaxing stay…

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and well organized.. peaceful quiet neighborhood.. What stood out to me the most even though it’s a very small thing is there were Q-Tips available and women personal products… Any who knows me knows I have to have Qtips everywhere I go 😂 but overall it was a pleasant stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at Eickenloff Retreat! The home is beautiful, clutter-free and well kept. It was cozy and we loved the extra touches (like bags of popcorn, coffee, razors, toothbrushes in case you forgot yours, etc.). Our kids loved the pool and I really enjoyed the many birds we could view from the backyard. I saw 3 male bluejays at once! We will definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful time, under the circumstances of us traveling to Killeen. my granddaughter was in the hospital due to her sickle cell. My mother was visiting from Georgia and we need a place to stay that was close to my granddaughter that could accommodate all of us, since I live in Austin. CeCe place was perfect. Thank you again.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at! Very Clean! Very Cozy! Great Location! I like the gated entrance, and the keypad on the door. We felt safe here. Loved the little deck to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Peaceful Location. Linens and Towels were very clean, and the whole rental smelled amazing! Tv and WiFi both worked Great! Walmart, Family Dollar, Dollar General and Several other stores are all near by. Lots of Fast Food Places Near By. Austin is about an hour away, and Belton Lake is about 30 mins. We went to Austin (Barton Lake) and rented paddle boards, we went Swimming at Belton Lake, it was very nice!! Both Great Places to Go! I can’t say enough great things about this rental. Jennifer is AMAZING! Very friendly, and kind. Responds very quickly and answers any questions you have. Communication was Excellent! I recommend renting this place 100 percent! We will be visiting Texas again, and I will definitely be staying here! 5 Plus Stars for sure! 100% !!

For the most part the place was great. It had some rough areas. The mattress in the front bedroom was very hard to sleep on and it was hot as heck in that room. Other then that was a nice place for the money.
