Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you and your family. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. Kathryn's Corner Cottage is located in a popular residential area in Alpine called Carpenter addition. It is beautifully landscaped and features ample parking. 2BR/1BA (master bedroom -king 400 series Serta adjustable bed; 2nd bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed) each with their own smart tvs. The home has a large dining room for meals and gatherings and a sunroom with a gas log fireplace is located at the back of the home perfect for reading, bird watching, or just relaxing.

At the center of Marfa and walking distance to nearly everywhere! No Pets. No Exceptions. Sorry, it just doesn’t work for this property.
