Our stay was quiet and the property had everything we needed. The neighborhood has lots of close-by food choices. Our host responded quickly to our messages and made sure check-in went smoothly.

Everything was excellent! The area is very safe, the parking was perfect and the location is super central, very close to the airport and the city center. The place was impeccable, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. In addition, Sara was attentive from before my arrival until the moment of departure, which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

We love staying with Essie and Amanda! This is our 4th stay at one of their properties. They are always so helpful and friendly. The houses are always clean with a lot of extra touches that really make the stay enjoyable. We love the location as it is directly across from Winthrop where our daughter attends so you can’t beat the location!! We will definitely be staying with them again!!

It was really nice. The icemaker is a little loud when you’re sleeping. That’s the only negative for us. Bed is comfy.

First time in the area, what an awesome downtown location The tile work is beautiful. The windows are amazing and it’s like a beautiful park just outside the door with water fountain.

I loved staying here. A beautiful place, lots of things to do. Ashley was great with directions and communicated very well. I loved that I could just walk around and relax. There was a lot of noise with thr Cannon Ballers being right next door but it wasn't that bad. I actually enjoyed it. When there wasn't a game it was so quite and relaxing. Again, I loved this place. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

My husband came to Charlotte for the PGA Championship and the location was what we liked about this place, the neighborhood was cute and nice! Check in/out was easy to understand and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

Shirly's place is a nice spot in the middle of downtown close to the spectrum center. There's a lot of store, shops, and restaurants within walking distance from her place. Everything was as advertised and the apartment was nice and clean. The only con I have is the parking situation. If you and your party are coming with multiple vehicles just know there is one dedicated parking spot in the complex's garage. Other vehicles must be parked outside in the adjacent parking areas and can cost up to $30 a day with confusing instructions. My friend was given a ticket (later appealed) even though she had paid to park overnight for both nights. There also doesn't seem to be much security around in the parking areas so you risk your car being broken into. So if possible try to meet up and take one vehicle to this location.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for us. Communicating with Christ was very good, he responded quickly and was very helpful. The elevator closer to the unit was not working, so we had to walk a little further to use another elevator. Other than that, everything else went well.

Sherry was an amazing host and the Lake Life Retreat was even better than what the pictures showed. This is the perfect location for a nice relaxing getaway. Added bonus was having 2 amazingly friendly dogs on site in Luna and Sandy 😁 We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Todd’s apartment was a great experience. There were clear directions to get there, and its location is conveniently located near popular destinations in Charlotte. I would recommend this AirBnb to anyone visiting the area and needs a relaxing place to rest.

I had a nice time during my stay. Tamarah answered my questions quickly. It was a very comfortable apartment. I hope to stay again if I need to come back to Charlotte.

My stay was great. Matt was friendly and responsive when I needed to reach out. The location is perfect. I attended Taste Of Charlotte and I couldn’t have had a better location. I was able to walk there and to other restaurants in the area as well. The unit was fully stocked with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils and other things you may need. I would definitely book again to hang out in that immediate area.
