Beach house holiday rentals in Fort Myers Beach

We had a great time at Maggie’s place. The house was well equipped, clean, and a great place to have fun and relax. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect — close to everything you could need, including great restaurants. Maggie and her family provided clear instructions for the house, were very responsive to our needs, and made us feel right at home. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was absolutely perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous private pool and less than a 5 minute walks to the beach. We felt like we were in a tropical paradise. Angie was very kind and responsive. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Lots of fun restaurants close by. Parasailing was the highlight! Cannot recommend enough!

Maria is so hospitable! This is an excellent place for fishermen bringing their boats. Trailer parking and a ramp are super convenient. The dock is just outside the back door. Maria helped my husband and son in law get settled and left lots of thoughtful goodies. Super clean and thoughtfully furnished. Highly recommend this place for its bay fishing location and excellent price. You get lots for your money here!

Beautiful home, perfect for 2 families, could probably accommodate 3 small families. Easy, short walk to the beach. Had lots of fun beach supplies like kayaks, wagons, beach chairs. Gorgeous bathrooms! Cute decorations!

Great stay! The house was very comfortable and livable and the outdoor space especially was large enough that our family could hang out altogether and not feel crowded. And really appreciated Brianna‘s communication! Always helpful and responded quickly.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! Thank you Frankling so much for everything!

The house was incredible! It was perfect for our Girls trip. The pool was spotless, and the house exceeded our expectations ! It felt luxurious, but also relaxing and comfortable. We were able to cook great meals, grill outside, and sleep soundly. This place had everything we needed. We had one equipment issue, but Kenia was on top of it and sent a maintenance person and it was resolved within an hour ! We highly recommend this home for a beautiful, comfortable, fun place to stay.

We stayed at this property while on a spring break vacation with our family. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a quick, easy walk to the beach which we did several times a day. The pool was also a bit hit with the kids. The only negative to our stay was related to terrible traffic in the area. We were prepared for heavier traffic in the afternoons, but it really limited us in things we would have liked to do. For example, we had tickets for a Twins spring training game, but did not make it due to traffic, even after leaving 3 hrs early. A lot of the food options are also on the north end of the island, so it is really important to plan ahead if you are planning on eating out. Its probably also worth mentioning that there are a lot of food truck options available that don't always show up on google searches.

The house was very clean and nicely updated. Clear instructions were on the counter. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were neatly updated. additional payments were require to turn on the heater and jets in the hot tub.

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

The house was beautiful and in a good location. Close to everything we needed along with shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating with our late check in and replied quickly to our questions.

We had 4 generations of family staying at Brad's. Having 2 separate living areas worked out perfectly. it would be great if a door was added at the top of the stairs so you could leave both doors open as we didn't want to waste the air conditioning. The beach is a super quick walk from the house so easy to go back and forth as needed. The pool was also a huge hit and was heated perfectly as stated in the listing. Would definitely stay at Brad's again!!

The house was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and pool was fantastic. Really enjoyed our brief stay.

I had such a wonderful time at Gabriella‘s place!!! I was lucky enough to get to meet her and her husband when we first checked in!!! Nice down to earth people! The house was a three bedroom, beautiful pristine, clean home with a pool downstairs on the first floor. It was everything that we had hoped and we had everything that we needed to cook. They set us up for a great week. Thank you so much!!! if you are looking to book a home in Fort Myers beach no further than Gabriella’s place!!!!! we will be back!!!!

We travel a bit and this was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. They have the house stocked with everything that’s needed (and more!), the house is extremely clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. We LOVED the layout of the house with the pool in the center with multiple points of entry to the house. Each door has an optional alarm making it safe for families with little kids. It was wonderful having the tv outside as well as a hot tub and grill. The host was extremely responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Giselle’s place was awesome. It was just as pictured. It was clean and very spacious. Giselle responded in a timely manner when needed. Kitchen had all the necessities and nice appliances. Location was 4 minutes to the beach, and a quick 10-15 minutes to restaurants/stores. The pool was clean and a nice option to cool off and unwind after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great getaway that opens up right onto beautiful white sand at Fort Myers Beach. A bit of a walk to get to Times Square area, but we were able to get a ride with a golf cart taxi. There was plenty of entertainment on the main strip. LeeAnn was great at communicating the check in and out procedures.

This house was everything we expected and more! Nick was responsive to any questions and the whole experience was perfect.

The place was spotless and perfectly located. The home was very comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool and jacuzzi in the backyard—quiet, peaceful, and exactly what I was looking for. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. I’d absolutely recommend this stay!

This was a great AirBnB experience! Daniel was very helpful and communicative from the time of booking until my stay ended. The house was well equipped with a TV in every room, coffee and Keurig, and a few kitchen essentials (sugar and spices) without feeling cluttered. I like the attention to detail - we played several rounds of Clue on Saturday night using the brand new board that was under the TV. Nice touch :) Thank you for an amazing weekend. I look forward to staying again and exploring more of the area.

Nice clean spot located close to the beach (3 minute walk with little kids). Marina was friendly and accomodating. Good setup, especially for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay and would love to book here again for future Fort Myers trips!

The stay was amazing. The place was beautiful with plenty to do inside and out. Beaches and restaurants all within a 10-15 minute drive of the home and the beautiful island of Sanibel couldn’t be any closer either. I’m excited to have a chance to come back.
