Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fort Pond

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

We had an event nearby and Brian’s place was a great base for us. Lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Brian was super responsive and reached out to us when the house was ready(before the official check-in time). Would def recommend to anyone!

Andreas’s place was everything it described and then some. It was modern, nicely air conditioned and had 4 amazing bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The kitchen was functional and open to the dinning area. It had a lovely wrap around porch in front and patio in back with grill, hot tub and outside seating. As well as two lounge chairs. It was only a short drive into Sag Harbor yet it was in its own little neighborhood were we could walk 6 minutes to a private beach!

We had a fantastic girls weekend in Southampton and loved Anthony's cottage. It was so beautifully decorated and cozy. We throughly enjoyed mornings with coffee and books in the sun room.

This was one of the most thoughtful airbnb experiences I have ever had. The attention to detail was extraordinary. Cindy provided everything you could need -- a perfectly stocked kitchen, umbrellas, sunscreen, bug spray, first aid, yard games, pool floats etc. The house was just as charming -- if not more charming -- than the pictures. Super private but also great location with proximity to a CVS, grocery store and main street in East Hampton. Cindy was also very communicative and laid everything out super clearly with great recommendations etc. We are already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

We loved our stay at Chandra’s place, it was peaceful, super comfy and was close to everything we needed. It was great to enjoy a few runs locally and come back to the private garden and hot tub in the evening. The property was beautiful and well stocked with towels, soft bedding and kitchen equipment. I’d love to come back again in the future

Great location, close to everything. The house was roomy and comfortable. The porch was nice to hang out on and the jacuzzi and cabana were a fun plus. I recommend this home for your Greenport stay

This place checked all the boxes. Very clean and comfortable home and a short uber ride to downtown Sag Harbor. Nice big yard for relaxing after a long day on the boat. Will definitely stay here again. Great host and a great place

Had an amazing stay with my business partner. Farms around the area and proximity to multiple Hampton towns was ideal(5 mins from Southampton). Great stay, 10/10 recommend.

This was a lovely cottage and location, part of a private beach community, on a very quiet road, with partial views of the Long Island Sound. Gail was thoughtful to put out a nice welcome basket and some cold sodas and bottle water in the fridge. Perfect spot for two to three people. Close to Guilford main green, dock and nearby Stony Creek and Madison. We didn't make use of the bikes and kayaks bc it rained in the mornings, but we enjoyed one of the two beach just a few minute walk away. Jacob's cove area is a gem.

Michaels place was absolutely amazing. The location was fantastic and was only a short walk into the main part of town, but it was such a lovely neighbourhood and quiet. The place was exactly as described and was perfect for us. Michael made sure we had settled in and gave us plenty of recommendations, which were great! We’d come back in a heartbeat and stay here. Great stay! Very nice and accommodating host. I loved the fenced in yard and so did my toddler/dogs. The place is actually better then the photos. Will happily return in the future.

We love staying at George’s place, it feels just like home away from home for us. We’ve visited this property several times over the years, most recently with our son who’s now old enough to fully enjoy the yard on his own. He had a fantastic time playing outside, talking to the deer and rabbits that came to visit. We even saw some turkey vultures! Overall a solid place to stay and it’s become somewhat of a family tradition. Thank you George!

We had a great stay for our first trip to Hampton Bays. It was our first time visiting and we loved everything about it. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There are three restaurants that we loved within a mile. The backyard patio is a peaceful place to spend the afternoon or an evening. Thank you!

Great place,very convenient for entire extended family to be in town for college graduation weekend. Very large and open common area and kitchen for gathering for meals and celebrating all together.

Everything was perfect for our girls weekend. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Laurie’s house and there’s obviously a reason we keep coming back. Can’t wait to go again.

Wendy’s house is immaculate, tastefully decorated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Her instructions were clear and her responsiveness immediate. We would absolutely consider staying there again.

Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

Great place for a small family. Short walk to town. Quiet and private backyard for hanging out by the pool. Eric and his team were very responsive to all of our needs. We would stay here again.

Mike is a great host with helpful recommendations and plenty of advice. The house is amazing. Well located, calm, clean and so convenient. The pool is huge and very deep. Everything is perfect. Felt like at home. We will be back

Excellent stay at this superb house. Perfect layout both inside and out. The house is nicely updated and feels upscale with a great open floor plan kitchen that is ideal for casual hanging and eating. The pool and pool house are really well done and the location is awesome. Thomas the host was rapid with his responses and always provided clear instructions and info. Will definitely stay here again.
