Private 2 room Suite near Downtown Flagstaff

This is a private suite upstairs in our house, blocked off from the rest of the house. We own and manage this property, it’s not an investment, but extra space we are happy to share. We are a mile from downtown Flagstaff. The suite is 2 rooms plus a large bathroom, around 500 square feet. The queen bed has a Beauty Rest Pillowtop mattress, and there is a blowup single mattress. There is a fridge and microwave for leftovers. We do not allow pets. There is one guest parking spot in the driveway.

It sits on 2 acres of natural country landscape in a very quiet part of northwest Flag. Our home is 1 min to Snowbowl entrance (entering the opposite way of traffic), 10 min to downtown Flagstaff and 1 hr to the Grand Canyon. The large front patio has a gas fire pit that faces the San Francisco Peaks and offers amazing views. Our back patio has a hot tub and no city lights.

A clean private apartment near a meadow along the downtown urban trail. The space has two new queen sized beds, a functional kitchen (stove top, microwave, no oven), a dining area and a very spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It has a very private keyless entrance, off-street parking and a private yard/patio area with a BBQ. You might see deer, elk, or fox in the meadow right outside the kitchen table window - a unique experience so close to downtown.
