Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.

My family and I came into town for my nephews graduation and for the 9 of us that stayed there we felt right at home! We were able to communicate well with Cassi and her team when supplies were needed and promptly delivered. The space was perfect for our family and we had a great time getting together in one space instead of having to deal with hotel rooms. It has been years since my mom had all of us kids and grandkids under one roof and she loved every second. Definitely recommend this home to anyone needing a place in the Fort Wayne area.

Really appreciated the layout of the house for our family & the quietness of the neighborhood! Made us feel at home! The hosts were great! We arrived earlier than expected and thankfully the house was ready for us! We couldn’t find the remote for tv in the main bedroom and the host brought one to us within 15 minutes! Very thoughtful! What a find! We had a large group stay at Sherri's house for four nights. The house is large enough that we never felt cramped and had so much fun exploring and looking at all the beautiful antiques. It has the charm and coziness of an old house with modern amenities. We cooked every night and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we ever could have needed. The beds were all incredibly comfortable. Sherri was an excellent host and was in touch before, during, and after our stay to be sure we understood any small quirks of the house and to be sure we didn't need anything else. The price was very affordable for the amount of people we had and was worth every penny for the experience we received. I can't recommend this property or Sherri enough!

A well loved home but had everything we needed. Great host and very responsive. Safe and nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Stayed with other families for a weekend of basketball. Great place to chill and hang out at. Boys loved the pool table.

I will be returning! This hidden gem is so peaceful. Well kept the decor is great finishing touches and detail within the snacks coffee water cleaning supplies top-notch. They definitely set the bar high when it comes to renting Airbnb's in my book.
