The room was a clean, and we'll equipped! great location, great access to shops and services and the neighborhood was walkable. If I had to stay in Dallas again, I would do it here!

Stayed a week for work & this place was perfect. It was just as described & felt like home. Great location & has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable for longer stays. The fully stocked kitchen & access to the laundry room is the best part. I would definitely stay here again whenever I have to be back for work.

I really liked the place Clean, calm, and they are very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this place. And I won’t hesitate to come back

Jeff's home was the perfect place for my son & I to stay while he attended a camp at SMU. It was an easy drive to campus, and surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods. His studio was on a very nice street with beautiful homes as well. It was as pictured, and met every need we had! We enjoyed several meals outside in our little courtyard; my son preferred to get food and bring it back there to eat because it was a perfect place to decompress at the end of a long day for him. Jeff was very kind and responsive, but also gave us complete privacy. Oh, and you can't beat having driveway parking instead of most places that require street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We have stayed here often when we come to visit in Dallas. It’s like our “home away from home”.

A great place to stay, fit us 3 ladies comfortably, it was like a big sleepover area! Comfortable, private, clean, easy access to places, hot full sized shower was amazing after a long hot day! I would stay here again! It was a last minute choice that proved itself to be worth it.

Sean’s home was perfect for my two friends and I! It was very conveniently located near Bishop Arts shops and restaurants (and right across the street from a great brunch spot), and had pretty much everything that we needed for our stay. I personally stayed in the master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, and it was very comfortable. Also, the water pressure was excellent (this seemed notable, at least to me). We did encounter some issues with the keypad after our initial check in, but Sean and his Co-Host, Janice, were lightning fast in their response time, so we didn’t feel inconvenienced in the slightest. All in all an excellent place to stay! One thing I would recommend for the master bathroom is possibly another towel hook. The one in there is placed a bit awkwardly, and if there were two people staying in that room, it’d be difficult for that hook to accommodate both towels.

This was one of my favorite stays ever- it was all so thoughtfully set up (snacks! drinks! full-size bath products!) in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet and the bed was fantastic. I was in town to see a cousin, and she came over and we had a great visit in the little living area. Super loved all of it.

Pam's place is INCREDIBLE! I have stayed in 8+ AirBnBs in this area and dozens more across the country and this guest suite is by far one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Pam has done an incredible job furnishing and decorating and making this a comfortable and cozy place to stay. The master bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in — 10/10 would recommend. The furniture all around was comfortable – the couch was a great place to work! Not only that, but Pam was a fantastic host — making it work for a last minute check in and constantly communicating and checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. From the snacks and drinks she provided to the great books on the coffee table and shelves, all of the little touches made this a PERFECT place to stay. If you're in the area, book this and don't look back!

The Cozy Coop was perfect for our little get away for just the two of us. We were able to just hang out there and watch lots of movies and sports with the cable and channels provided. It was really nice and quiet and close to lots of good local restaurants.

If I could give this place, the host and the owners 10 stars I would. They were so nice, friendly, and quick to respond. The airbnb was super cute and nicely decorated. Extremely clean and had anything and everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when in town visiting our grandkids.

Had a bit of difficulty getting into the house (more of user error lol) he immediately called and explained exactly what to do. Very hands off but available if needed. Will likely stay here in my next trip to dallas if dates are free 🙂

Janis was an amazing host! Very friendly, even offered an umbrella while it rained on our way to the car with our bags.

I enjoyed staying at this place. It’s small but it has everything that you need. Everything is close by, so it was convenient for me to commute surrounding places. It’s quiet and peaceful. Jenny and Jack are amazing hosts! They’re very sweet, communicative, and responsive. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend staying here. :))

I love love love staying here. This was my second time staying and it truly felt like home coming back! It’s perfect for one or two, is cozy, has space to not be on top of one another. Mischell is fantastic, seriously makes the entire stay even better!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Veta and Lenard’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me warmly in person and gave a thoughtful walkthrough of the property, making sure I felt right at home. They were also kind enough to offer their support in case of any emergencies, which gave me extra peace of mind. The house itself is beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings and tasteful, classy paintings on the walls. Every detail reflects a sense of care and sophistication. Located in a safe and serene area surrounded by nature, it’s also conveniently close to local attractions. Whether you're working remotely or just looking to unwind, this spot is perfect. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and ideal for focus or relaxation. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Steven’s place is a very spacious guest house above a garage. It’s really comfortable and well-furnished. I definitely felt at home from the minute I walked in. It has its own private parking space which is right outside the property. I arrived in Dallas at the start of a particularly hot and humid stretch of weather (mid-May) and was very grateful for the excellent air conditioning in the apartment. The apartment is really well-located. Very easy to get around Dallas and beyond with easy access to major roads and freeways. The neighbourhood is great, too, with a Kroger supermarket and lots of eateries just a minute or two away. Steven was a very proactive host. There was a plumbing problem which became apparent on the morning of the day I was arriving. It was all fixed and resolved by the time I checked in early evening. Steven’s place is a great option if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Dallas.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was especially kind and accommodating allowing us an extra hour for checkout made our departure much smoother. Highly recommend!

We loved Meghan's place as soon as we checked in. She's very diligent and extremely good in providing us with all the necessary information in regards to the stay - well ahead. She's someone who'd go above and beyond to resolve any issues that you may encounter during your stay. I recommend anyone reading this comment to book this place without any doubts.
