Small charming farmhouse from 1875. Built in chalk stone and with a thatched roof. View of the Baltic Sea and Møns Klint. Quiet and private surroundings. Located 500 meters from Stevns Klint. For guests who prioritize the rustic charm of an older house in the countryside over a new and streamlined house. Large kitchen/living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace in the garden with a view. Ideal for families with or without children who want to enjoy the surrounding nature. The building/barn next to the house is occasionally used by hosts.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. Spanning 23 m² (248 sq. ft.), it includes a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The water heater provides approximately 50 liters, which is equivalent to about a 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a 120-cm bed, and in the living room, there is a 90-cm sofa bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

House in Tygelsjö, southwest of Malmö, close to Skanör/Falsterbo, Copenhagen and Malmö city center (300 meters to the bus). Here you are welcomed to a newly-renovated house with large social spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy patio with barbecue facilities and parking Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a total of 10 beds. 1 bathroom and 1 extra guest toilet. We rent for both days and weeks. For longer periods, the price can be discussed, always with flexibility. Smoking is not allowed.

Funkar också alldeles utmärkt när man är på resande fot med närhet till stan på 25 min med kollektivtrafik ( 7 min gång till bussen). Ni har hela huset för er själva med egen ingång, eget sovrum, badrum samt minikök med stolar och bord. För att få en bra start på dagen så bjuder vi på kaffe och te samt dricksvatten, vattenkokare och kaffekokare finns på plats i huset.

In front of the panoramic window with fantastic views, there are armchairs and tables for relaxing and socializing.

Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.
