Vi bodde i huset i drygt två veckor och hade en fantastisk vistelse Huset är genomtänkt och har allt man vill ha Omgivningen är magisk och utsikten slående Poolen är stor, ny och rengörs flera gånger per vecka Valerio & Susan var toppen värdar och ordnade tom nya barn tillbehör för att göra vår vistelse ännu bättre (vi reste med barn 1 år & 5 år) Resturang tips och tips på utflykter i närheten var mycket bra, gjorde hela vår vistelse speciell Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Ons verblijf bij dit agriturismo was subliem. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de hardwerkende mensen hier was hartverwarmend. Je voelt direct dat ze hun werk met liefde en passie doen, zowel voor de gasten als voor de prachtige natuur die hen omringt. De sfeer is authentiek en ontspannen, en het is duidelijk dat er veel zorg wordt besteed aan elk detail. Van de heerlijk verse producten tot de comfortabele en sfeervolle accommodaties, alles draagt bij aan een onvergetelijke ervaring. Wij kunnen dit agriturismo van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een plek waar mens en natuur in perfecte harmonie samenkomen. We kijken ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verblijven!

Alberto é stato un host gentile e reattivo. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito sono state chiare. La casa é accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Il tavolo da ping pong coperto e i giochi da tavolo sono stati un ottimo intrattenimento di gruppo durante il soggiorno.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wat een droomhuis op een droomlocatie! We werden met veel warmte en liefde ontvangen door de lieve mama van Lorenzo. Ze gaf ons een rondleiding in het prachtige huis. Het interieur is fantastisch mooi gedaan door haar, we hielden van elke centimeter. Binnen was het ook lekker fris. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De ijskast zat vol met lekker eten en elke dag bracht ze verse gebakjes mee! We hebben nogal kunnen eten. Dat we hondjes bijhadden was geen enkel probleem, wat voor ons een hele geruststelling was. Het uitzicht aan het zwembad was werkelijk magisch. Er worden verschillende huisjes op het domein verhuurd, maar je hebt van niemand last. Er waren ook overal struiken en planten zodat je je privacy hebt. Heel het domein is met veel smaak aangekleed. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld, maar het is werkelijk een zeer groot zwembad. ‘s Avonds zie je overal vuurvliegjes en hoor je een uil. Je zit helemaal in de natuur en toch vlakbij alles. We kunnen het ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen!!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Sehr schönes Haus in gute Lage nahe Senigallia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung und konnten die tolle Aussicht in die markesischen Hügel genießen. Ivana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Wir waren 4 Tage vor Ort und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Anreise war problemlos und Flavia hat uns sehr herzlich vor Ort empfangen. Nach einem kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus und einer kurzen Einweisung konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Ein Zettel mit Restaurant Empfehlungen und Ausflugszielen lag auf dem Tisch bereit. Nach einem kurzen Gewitter hatten wir Stromausfall, aber Flavia war sofort erreichbar und innerhalb 5min hatten wir auch wieder Strom. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, der sich nach Ruhe sehnt und die Natur genießen möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Wir haben uns in Giovannis Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Giovanni ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber – stets freundlich, kommunikativ und gut erreichbar. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich herumgeführt und stand uns mit hilfreichen Informationen zur Seite. Die Villa liegt auf einem großzügigen Grundstück mit mehreren schönen Terrassen. Besonders die private Terrasse besticht durch einen herrlichen Blick über das Tal, die Olivenbäume und die Burg. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien sowie hausgemachtem Öl, Essig und Kräutern aus dem Garten. Frisches Wasser steht ebenfalls bereit. Schlaf- und Sitzmöbel sind bequem und die Unterkunft war sauber. Giovanni und seine Familie wohnen nebenan – stets präsent, aber diskret. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und die Umgebung gegeben. Dank seiner Empfehlungen konnten wir schöne Tagesausflüge nach Rimini, San Marino, Riccione und zu ruhigeren Orten unternehmen. Danke!

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

Wir haben uns in diesem charmanten und ruhig gelegenen Haus mit dem herrlichen Blick auf Olivenbäume und See von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist idyllisch, die Ausstattung durchdacht und komfortabel. Die Atmosphäre hat bei uns ein Gefühl von Rückzug und Entschleunigung ausgelöst – fast wie in einer Berghütte: geborgen, entspannt und willkommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Victoria und Samira für die stets aufmerksame und liebevolle Betreuung!

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

L’alloggio è immerso nel paesaggio umbro e in un bellissimo contesto privato. La casa è perfettamente pulita e dotata di molti comfort e spazi ben curati all’interno e all’esterno. L’host Enrico è stato sempre molto disponibile e in caso di bisogno risponde in modo tempestivo. Ottima posizione e punto di partenza per visitare le principali città dell’Umbria. Ideale per una vacanze serena e tranquilla!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Stefano war immer zu erreichen, auch schnell da wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl !! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und waren Dankbar Stefano als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben! Gerne wieder !!

Casa Isa ist ein perfektes Zuhause für Feriengäste. Wir haben den Aufenthalt ausserordentlich genossen! Ganz herzlichen Dank an Laura und Francesco! 🤗🤩

Dejligt beliggende hus med skøn udsigt. Et hus med masser af sjæl og virkelig god plads. Traditionelt Italiensk køkken, med mulighed for at tænde op og grille. Fano er en hyggelig by som ikke er fyldt med turister. Marche regionen har de smukkeste landskaber hvor alle de lækre Italienske grøntsager og frugter dyrkes. Et besøg på Guirreri gården kan varmt anbefales. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Veronicas hus. Meget søg og behagelig vært.

Spokojna okolica z cudownymi gospodarzami ,ktorzy od pierwszego dnia sprawiaja,ze czujesz sie jak u siebie w domu.Idealne miejsce na prawdziwy relaks.Nasz pies docenil bardzo codzienne towarzystwo slodkiej Memole w ogrodzie. .Czysto,wygodnie,otoczenie domu to uczta dla zmyslow!Matteo oraz Marusca i Eva byli bardzo przyjazni i pomocni w kazdej kwestii .Mamynadzieje,ze zaciesnimy ten kontakt w przyszlosci!Polecamy z calego serca!
