Situé à environ 30 min du Puy du Fou, 45 min des Sables d'Olonne, 20 minutes de la Roche-sur-Yon, nous sommes idéalement situé. L'extérieur est en rénovation et nous habitons juste en dessous. Voyageurs sérieux, discrets et respectueux uniquement ! Fête interdite. Logement disponible demain 28/09 à partir de 18h15.

Welcome to "L'Atelier d'Antoine", a former cabinetmaker's workshop that has been tastefully renovated. The house offers you a pleasant living room open to a wooded terrace not overlooked, with a dining area and a barbecue area. It has an equipped kitchen, a living area with sofa bed and TV, 2 pretty bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is located close to shops, 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne beach and 40 minutes from Puy du Fou Park.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

Bel appartement refait à neuf comprenant entrée avec dressing, cuisine équipée et aménagée, chambre avec un lit queen size de qualité, salle d'eau, wc, espace bureau, salon avec canapé-lit (140x190) terrasse ainsi que tout le confort nécessaire ( linge de maison fourni, TV, enceinte bluetooth, wifi, micro-ondes grill, cafetière, théière, grille pain, réfrigérateur...). Premiers nécessaires fournis également (savon, shampoing, sel poivre, huile....).

Venez dormir dans ce logement tout juste rénové. La Roche sur yon à 10 min, le Puy du Fou à 45 min, les Sables d'Olonne à 30 min. Il possède un lit double 140/190 à l'étage accessible par un escalier avec une salle de bain indépendante. Son canapé convertible de 140/190 peu accueillir un adulte supplémentaire ou 2 enfants. Si besoin nous pouvons vous mettre à disposition un lit bébé. Pour toutes questions n'hésiter pas.
