Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

The Bothy @ Jasmine House Norfolk, Bawdeswell

19th century cottage in 13th century village. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

Carpenters Yard rural retreat for two

Carpenters Yard is a detached grade 2 listed cottage next to our own house in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat with easy access to the coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.

Basil’s Barn North Elmham

Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk. The Barn itself comprises of one main living area with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and an en suite shower room. Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
