Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. You are welcome to the kitchen & fridge, private swimming pool, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

The hosts were very accommodating. I had some sort of glitch when i booked my stay and it only booked for a single guest, so they stocked 4 towels total. When I let them know that there were more guests and I would need more towels, they immediately responded and had towels on the way. The backyard is really the highlight of the property, there’s lots to do and tons of room! We would definitely recommend staying here. Very happy with the property and the hosts!

We had such a great time here! We brought our kiddos and celebrated Father’s Day weekend at Kyle’s place. The pool was perfect and so fun, we loved the volleyball net. There were plenty of yard games and we love the paddle boat on the lake. The house was super clean and decorated so cute! The place had everything we needed and we couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were to have booked it over a hotel. We will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at Jia-Li’s place! The home was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as described. Jia-Li was a very thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay at this property due to a car accident the night before our trip. I had to cancel last-minute and wasn’t able to get a refund because of the strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend purchasing the refund insurance if you're booking here. That said, the price was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at nearby. While I can't speak to the property itself or the area, it’s located just 10 minutes from The Van Buren, which made it a top choice for our concert plans. I’d definitely consider booking again in the future. Long story short: the refund policy is firm, but that’s business.
