È inoltre disponibile un parcheggio privato, che rende l’alloggio una scelta ideale per una vacanza senza pensieri.

CONDOMINIUM CRISTALLO A certainly strategic location during the winter season, equipped with a private parking space, it is located in the center of lower Artesina adjacent to the ski resorts, the ticket office and refreshment points. In summer, it is excellent as a starting point for long walks surrounded by greenery. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bedroom as well as a terrace and a garden.

Ca' Ninota Apartment

This is an apartment renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, respecting the farmhouse that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century. The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. The table is a unique piece that enriches the environment. The bathroom is ultra-design, especially the shower that has been created from a niche.

Two-room apartment with loft on the ski slopes

Mountain apartment directly on the ski slopes at Borgo Stalle Lunghe CIR00409100042 with beautiful view of the Mondolè. The residence (with reception) is in a quiet area but convenient to all services, with direct access to the slopes. Supermarket and restaurants are close to the house, so you can forget about the car, leaving it covered at the parking space provided. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi (smart working). Please note that there are no towels/sheets.

In a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the various sounds of nature. The apartment is inside a chalet where wood is the predominant material. Large outdoor area where you will find a table, umbrella and deckchair, as well as a barbecue. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Located a few steps from the town center, convenient to the ski lifts of the Mondolè Ski area.

From the small studio you can reach the slopes of Monte Moro on foot, and the Malanotte plants, which connect directly to Pratonevoso and Artesina, are a three-minute drive away.

This charming apartment was born from the passion of Corrado and Giuseppina who were motivated to renovate an old house in the village where they grew up. Now Alberto and Inés welcome you to enjoy a pleasant stay surrounded by nature. You can take walks starting directly from the accommodation, or, a few minutes by car, explore the Pesio Valley either on foot, by bike, or on skis, or relax on the terrace in the shade of olive trees while tasting a local wine.
