Ca' Ninota Apartment

This is an apartment renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture, respecting the farmhouse that dates back to the mid-eighteenth century. The vaults and a wall in the living area left exposed emphasize the antiquity of the place where you will stay. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and is equipped with every cooking utensil. The table is a unique piece that enriches the environment. The bathroom is ultra-design, especially the shower that has been created from a niche.

This studio apartment is a gem in the heart of the mountain village of Frabosa Soprana and awaits you, welcoming, both in the summer, after your beautiful walks or mountain biking in the green of the Monregal mountains, and in winter, after your magnificent ski descents in the Mondolé area. From the small studio apartment you can reach the slopes of Monte Moro on foot, and the Malanotte facilities, which connect directly to Pratonevoso and Artesina, are a three-minute drive away.
