Juan was very attentive at all times and his directions are very precise. Thank you for your attention, we hope to return soon.

Super recommended, the house has everything you need to spend incredible moments with family or friends, everything clean, the hosts always on the slopes. We paid the extended check-in and it was the best decision, we would love to go again. And there's room for cars to be safe all the time.

The house was fabulous! the staff was amazing and super quick to respond. We Uber from CDMX and arrived before our check in time and they were kind enough to let us in early. The place was spotless even thought we had booked the night before. The pool was amazing, they had lots of balls to play with, the kids loved it. the linens and pillows were amazing! Kitchen was fully stocked and it couldn't had been more fun even for one night. The view and sounds of the water behind us were great. The stairs were steep and a lot, but it made sense for how beautiful the house was, we didn't mind them.

Everything is fine , the house is cared for, the spacious comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms also spacious ,the attention is very good , if we will return everything is very comfortable

The house is a dream, I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet place with access to nature in Tepoztlán. You wake up with an incredible view of the Tepozteco and you can relax in the garden to which only you have access and it is very well cared for. The place is very comfortable and Antonio and his wife are very kind, they give you very good tips on things to do in the area, where to eat or how to get to the center (which is super fast and cheap). We took it super easy, we went up to the tepozteco one day and very quickly we got to the center and back to the house in the van. They also gave us good recommendations for ordering food, considering that in the afternoons it rained and without a car we preferred to stay in the house. The place is very comfortable and highly recommended! Armando and his wife were very attentive and quickly responded to our messages.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

I loved the house, it definitely exceeded my expectations for a great weekend. The house comes with everything and Balduino was a very attentive host and always available for everything that came to be needed. The amazing pool and the caldera always running at 100, the super I recommend everything to everything ... I will definitely be back soon.

The house is spacious as shown in the pictures. It has many utensils in the kitchen, worthwhile details such as impeccable towels, tidy and abundant furniture in the bedrooms, all with closets, hooks, drawers for unpacking. Much more comfortable than another Airbnb we've visited. Something to highlight is that the pool was always kept at a very good temperature, which meant that we could enjoy it even though we had very bad weather and rain, the children were happy. Great attention from the hosts, we had an electrical issue and they solved it very quickly and without any problems. Some maintenance details but nothing serious.

We loved Reynaldo's property, it's just like the photos and the description of the place. The house is in an easily accessible area, so it is very easy to get to. The area is very quiet, so the house is very peaceful. I highly recommend it as one of my favorite places. And finally, Reynaldo is a great host, he was too kind and very attentive, a great person!
