Holiday rentals with a patio in Framlingham

Excellent property. We were a family group of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, aged 12,7,and 1. Accomodation was well suited for this group. Baby gate at the top of the stairs along with travel cot and baby toys. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen small, but fine for cooking breakfast, although grilling bacon in the oven under a smoke detector can be noisy at times. Pub downstairs is lovely and although we didn't eat there, the food looked excellent. Situated in a quiet village just outside Bury St.Edmunds, this place would be ideal for exploring the area. We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

A fantastic stay in a lovely new build home with great amenities and excellent beds, we slept very well! The host was extremely approachable and contactable, a very smooth check in and check out with clear instructions. Lovely location with a great pub 2 doors down. We will definitely be returning

Lovely accommodation, just like the photos. Very spacious living area with bedrooms off to the sides. All bedrooms are ensuite except for the twin which has an accessible wet room next to it.Lots of storage in bedrooms, wardrobe & 3 chests of drawers and nice new fluffy towels. The bathrooms were quite small, but large walk in showers. Kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of plates, cutlery etc. Sofas were very comfy & plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor space was perfect, big fenced in garden (which our dog loved!), large table and seating , 2 hanging chairs and nice lighting on the deck at night. Directly opposite was a reception area with a sauna and cinema room with games . We used the sauna a couple of times but it was rather complicated figuring out how to use the cinema!! We met Jacob on arrival & he was very friendly and helpful. Location is like a lot of Suffolk, quite remote, so you have to drive down narrow country lanes but easy to find. Very satisfactory, thank you!

A beautiful house with an amazing garden! A paradise for children - from all the toys to the trampoline and the stunning treehouse. There is everything you need for a nice time in the countryside!

This was a high quality and very spacious room, with a fun 1930s theme. It's a short walk to the lovely village of Middleton and its pub. The host lives next door and was friendly and helpful. If you are disturbed by early morning light you may want to bring an eye shield as the two door windows didn't have curtains.

We enjoyed a really fun and relaxing weekend at Owl cottage. It was very clean, characterful and cosy, with comfy beds and a great living room. The location is quiet and attractive with a good gastro pub 3 mins walk away. Thoughtful welcome goodies were really appreciated. Thank you

We had an absolutely brilliant and relaxing stay – the accommodation was lovely and really well thought out. The beds were comfy, and we slept well throughout. One of the real highlights was the local wildlife – we were amazed by how close we got to nature, and being (lightly!) stalked by the cows definitely made us smile! Would love to come back soon.

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. Very comfortable stay with all the facilities we required provided. Thank you Claire.

We had a lovely peaceful stay at The Annex . The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The garden was perfect for the dogs to lie around enjoying the sun after a long walk . All the amenities were of a very good standard . The setting is beautiful with field views all around .

Great flat, location and host

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely weekend break. Very nice little flat with good facilities, in a brilliant location, which was very peaceful. We will definitely be back very soon.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!

Excellent apartment with every convenience provided. Ideal for my business trip to the airbase. Great host highly recommended and will definitely book again
