Holiday rentals with lake access in Francavilla al Mare

It is a pity that we cannot give 10 stars, because the stay here has been more than excellent. An exceptionally warm welcome with a nice bowl of local produce, fresh strawberries and even fresh flowers! Really great! Erika is an unbeatable hostess, thinks along, has suggestions on what to do and where to eat. An absolute must, especially if you like peace and quiet and a beautiful environment.

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

Mario and his family are great, warm and welcoming hosts! We felt like at home! The apartment is great, gorgeous terrace behind, unexpected and way much better then in the pictures! All the rest is as described, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Note there are no mosquito nets, get prepared for alternative defense. We would decinitely recommend :) and come back!

It was amazing to visit Vincenzo’s flat! They are supernice, and the atmosphere was sooo good! They made dinner courses(it needs to pay), and highly reccomend to experience! It’s better than other ristorante ever! I hope to visit here again :)

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Our stay at Nikolas Airbnb was great. We had the best view and a wonderful time at the lake. The apartment was clean and the garden very beautiful. We could even rent out SUPs from Nikola and explore the lake on water. Nikola and his family are very friendly and gifted us lots of selfmade treats. We had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our short stay with Ana. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and with lovely finishing touches. And Ana is friendly and helpful! Highly recommended.

This place was the perfect getaway. Quiet, Peaceful, beautiful landscape, nature rich. Waking up to a the aroma from the citrus trees was all that. We'd like to keep "La Casa en Campagna" secret but It deserves to be shared. The unit was spacious, homey, and Maurizio left us freshly picked oranges! Maurizio is an exceptional host! Our flight got delayed, and he still stayed up til almost 3 AM to help us get checked in, we can't thank him enough for that. I needed a barber and he made a great recommendation. Food, sites, Maurizio is great resource for information. You may never meet a nicer person, ever! Pozzuoli overall is a swell town, with the best of both worlds (mountains and sea), variety of restaurants (our favorite was Trattoria da Rita), lots of scenic spots, a few miles from Napoli if you want to visit the sites or have a night out. Then you come back to Pozzuoli to recharge. Highly recommend!!

Everything was very nice and very faithful to the description made , Massimo was always available while Grandma Ilde welcomed us as a loving mother welcomed her children after a long trip, immediately available to cook something for us, she covered us with attention, offered us a dessert made by her very good and we immediately felt at home. Lovely and quiet place, even our dog had a lot of fun. highly recommend it.

Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

The welcome we received was excellent, our hosts waited for us very late in the evening because of the delay of our plane. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable and the view of the water is beautiful. Fruit and drinks were waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. We highly recommend this place.

Everything is perfect

I cannot recommend this BnB more. The host is absolutely wonderful and helpful throughout. The host met us late in the evening and was so polite giving us as much information as she could to make sure we had a perfect stay. The views are stunning, the location is perfect to get to old town or the harbour/restaurants a bus stop just outside the apartment. This is an absolutely 5 star experience and needs more recognition. I would recommend this for anybody visiting Dubrovnik and a special Thankyou to the host looking after our luggage and going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay 🫶🏼

The hosts were very welcoming and super helpful. The apartment not only had everything you could possibly need but was also impeccably clean with great attention to detail, the bed was the most comfy I've experienced. Jozo goes the extra mile with lots of recommendations and is always readily available to answer any questions. She really is very much committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A fantastic stay in Korcula, close to everything and with plenty of space providing a comfortable stay with a great view of the water. Roko is a helpful host, assisting with suggestions for activities and helping us coordinating our ferry trips.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Just what we were searching for, a haven of tranquility. The hosts were delightful, Razu in particular was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay regarding information and supplied us with an array of fantastic meals. We didn't want for anything. There were plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Amphora. As most of the other reviews state, it is a truly unique experience. Regarding the one negative review on the website; all I can say is I really don't understand what they found so disagreeable.

The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful location, and is easy to find. It’s spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. Antonella and Dario are exceptional hosts, responding to messages and fixing any problems almost instantly. They definitely went above and beyond to make our stay really comfortable.

Toni’s place is nice and cozy, very clean and well equipped. We needed a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and we found everything we wanted to use. It made our staying way more easier. The terrace is wonderful with a beautiful view to the lake, we loved it so much! Toni was very helpful and communicative all the time during our staying and before, when I had some important questions. He waited us with cake, which was really heartwarming after a long drive. Mljet is a really special place, if you like nature and active vacation.

Best Vacation Ever!!!! We were enchanted from the moment we drove up to this Adriatic Treasure! I almost hesitate to describe it for fear that all days will be filled immediately and we won’t have a chance to return soon enough! The white pristine marble walkways and terrace provided access to the cold crystal clear water on three sides. The large outdoor area always provided a place of sun or shade throughout the day. Our grandchildren loved playing on the two paddle boards and exploring the outdoors. The AC inside offered an immediate respite when we stepped inside the cool white interior of the home. A treat of food and beverages awaited to our surprise. Totally unexpected! Marko was the perfect host, offering site recommendations including reservations at the scrumptious Sudvic Restaurant nearby. Seafood plucked right from the waters beside it! We are making plans now to try to return to this amazing magical paradise. You should book your vacation here now! You will not regret it!

We had a fantastic time at Mario's beautiful residence. The location is incredibly private and peaceful and the house has everything you need. The pool was amazing and the grounds were large and well maintained. Highly recommended!

We spent 5 nights in Mauro's cottage: we were looking for tranquility and we came to the right place. Spacious rooms and complete and functional home equipment. And the convenience of parking your car inside the property, useful for safety and ease of loading and unloading luggage. Then there was the garden, adored by our little dog, perfectly fenced, where she was free to run around in complete safety. The patio is pleasant, with garden equipment. However, it is essential to move by car to do the shopping and explore the coastal resorts, from Terracina to Sperlonga and beyond. And thanks also to Mauro for directions and suggestions and for the promptness with which he solved a small problem upon arrival. There is still a lot to say, but I will close with the suggestion to try to stay there if you have to pass through those parts.
