Beaut spot, Iva and her family were really helpful with ideas for the area and generally made it a lovely place to visit. We'd go back for sure & would recommend it for couples & solo travelers looking to be easy access to the old town, but in a destination of its own standing.

I stayed with my family(8yr and 1yr). The stay is at wonderful location , close to old city and beautiful beach. It was a homely feeling with all amenities in the house. My son enjoyed the garden and finding the tortoise 🐢😁. Highly recommended if you want to be close to city.

Diana‘s home was just as listed - though Dubrovnik is known for its stairs, this location was ideal as it sits close enough to the town center. Ideal home from couples, communication with host was pristine, would come back and stay again!!

A really wonderful place to stay. Big nice terrace with a beautiful view, sun and shade on the first floor right at sea. Sailing boats are mooring during the afternoon te eat in the restaurants nextdoor. In the morning they all leave. Then it is quiet, you can swim and relax. You have to walk a lot of stairs to reach the apartment. The private parking is on top of the premises. The apartment is clean, quiet, relatively big and has a comfortable bed. The communication is good. Warm welcome from the owner. The only really minor point is the poor WiFi. Marina promised to fix this. You will find out if you book. Despite this, recommended place: we prolonged our stay.

Živko was a kind, responsive and helpful host. The flat was spotless, quiet (had an amazing nights sleep) and had everything we needed. We told Živko that next time, when we visit Dubrovnik again, we’d like to stay at his flat again. 5 ⭐️

Un accueil très chaleureux. Le logement est très bien équipé avec tout mis à disposition (lessive, pastilles lave-vaisselle…) et très confortable. La vue est magnifique. Point central pour visiter Dubrovnik et ses iles tout en restant au calme. Merci beaucoup à Antun pour tout !

A few words won't suffice--what a pleasure! Pierfrancesco was the consummate host, going above and beyond anything we could imagine. Unfailingly considerate, he saw to every detail, insuring that we had breakfast, maid service, and other amenities never previously encountered in an Airbnb. The small suite was immaculate, with ample air conditioning during the heat wave we first endured, and comfortable in every respect. The gardens were all ours--lovely in their Pugliese setting. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake, a much-needed respite after days of sightseeing and beach excursions. It will be hard to top the experience!

Fantastic place to stay in, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island. 8 min walk to the old town and 5 minute walk to a hypermarket. Would go again!

Geweldig verblijf gehad hier. Een mooie knusse trullo met alle gemakken voorzien. De jacuzzi was ook een mooie aanvulling. Ester was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ving ons op bij aankomst.

Luisa è stata molto accogliente e disponibile l'appartamento un po datato la terrazza arredata in malo modo nelle foto sembrava più grande e curata ma tutto sommato è andata bene

This was a great place.bus is about 200m away bus 1a or 1b takes you right to the old town. When going to their home be sure to ask the bus driver for your stop. Some buses don’t announce and the drivers are not so helpful. The 24 or 72 hour bus pass was helpful. Great, quiet and lovely place.

We enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place very much! The apartment is spacious, bright, clean and neat. And it has a big terrace with nature in sights. Within minutes drive, one can reach the beaches or the center of the town easily. Giuseppe and his family were very responsive and friendly. At the beginning, we thought there was an issue with the fridge. Giuseppe and his family came to look at the “problem” right away and tried different ways to address it. Luckily, it turned out to be just some wrong settings. We really appreciated their attentiveness and patience. They are very sweet host and we would love to stay at their apartment again if we ever revisit Mattinata 😊

Ein wunderschöner Trullo inmitten der ruhigen Landschaft des Valle d'Itria – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Terrasse bietet herrliche Ausblicke, die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia war sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Außerdem hat sie uns mit frischen Smoothies ihres Maulbeerbaumes versorgt. Absolute Empfehlung- Natur mit Originalität – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay at Ivana’s place ! The location was incredible — not too far from the old town (by car) while being intimate and absolutely beautiful. Ivana was responsive, helpful, and so kind. We had access to a paddle board, beach, and beach chairs. There’s a hotel restaurant and grocery store a few minutes by foot from the Airbnb. Overall, can’t recommend enough — you’ll get your money’s worth .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stefania et Domenico. Logement propre, spacieux, lumineux. Les ustensiles de cuisines sont nombreux. Bel environnement, entouré des vignes et oliveraies au milieu desquelles on peut se promener. Les petits déjeuners préparés par Stefania étaient délicieux et variés. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil qui nous a fait nous sentir à l’aise dès l’arrivée. Et les animaux du jardin ont ravis notre bébé ☺️

Un accueil très sympathique de Ana. Un bel appartement moderne, bien organisé sur une plage magnifique. Une épicerie de proximité à côté de l'appartement et un agréable petit restaurant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un lieu exceptionnel de beauté.

To był wyjatkowo udany pobyt, piękna okolica absolutnie nas oczarowała, genialne jedzenie i fantastyczna Pani gospodarz, która pomogła nam bardzo gdy nie mogliśmy dojechać w planowane miejsce i osobiście nas podwiózła i odebrała dziękujemy 😉 Bardzo polecam lokalizacja jest świetna wszystko czego potrzebujecie jest kilka metrów od was !

We werden door Marcello ontvangen als goede vrienden. Met zoveel gastvrijheid, zorg en aandacht werden we uitgenodigd op een verjaardagsfeestje en een diner met vrienden. Voor elke vraag die we hadden, werd er door Marcello gezocht naar een oplossing. Zo kwamen lieve vrienden van hem ons halen in Napels toen we geen trein meer hadden, werd een vraag rond WiFi onmiddellijk opgelost, hielp ons met info over treinen en gaf prachtige wandeltips. Marcello heeft een groot hart en deelt groots de Italiaanse gastvrijheid, het delen met vrienden en de liefde voor heerlijk samen eten. Je beleeft een stukje Italië vanuit het hart. De kamer en de patio zijn buitengewoon geweldig. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd, met prachtige planten , een buitenkeuken en de zoete geur van citroenbloesem die het plaatje helemaal compleet maakt. Ontzettend jammer om hier al te moeten vertrekken. Er valt hier zoveel te ontdekken en beleven in de buurt , het is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Napels, Pompei, Capri.

Very nice and great hosts who do everything to make your stay unforgettable. The apartment is much bigger in size then the pictures show, everything is very clean and the pool is the best. The Adriatic is very close by as is the beautiful Trabocco coast. The Abruzzo are full of surprises. The view from the house on the mountains is beautiful. We definitely recommend this place!

Goran nous a accueillis à la descente du ferry. Ses conseils ont été précieux. Il nous avait préparé plein de petites attentions (nourriture, vin de ses vignes,...). L'appartement est très bien équipé pour cuisiner mais aussi de serviettes de bain, parasols, parapluies. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce logement agréable.

Massimo host disponibile e gentilissimo. Abbiamo prenotato per 2 giorni questa bellissima casetta ed è stato tutto perfetto. La casa dispone di tutti i comfort e le attrezzature necessarie anche in caso si voglia cucinare qualcosa. Noi ad esempio abbiamo cucinato degli arrosticini e della carne, dato che fuori c'è una canalina apposita ed utilizzabile oltre che un barbecue a carbone ed uno a gas. Il giardino è adorabile e in questi due giorni di caldo siamo stati anche in piscina a rilassarci, l'acqua è pulita e sanificata e la piscina viene pulita ogni mattina presto dal marito dell'host Cinzia. La casa dispone di wifi e una smart tv a cui è possibile connettersi a qualsiasi servizio di streaming. All'entrata si trovano i numeri degli host e per qualsiasi info o richiesta basta chiamare. la zona anche se mfuori città è a poche centinaia di metri dai mezzi pubblici e da alcuni centri commerciali ove è possibile acquistare tutto il necessario. Tutto era ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Séjour parfait chez Mario. Sa femme nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée et nous a fourni pleins de bonnes recommandations de restaurants et des conseils très pratiques pour les lieux à visiter aux alentours. L’environnement extérieur est magnifique, et l’appartement est parfait pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Vous avez tout le nécessaire pour être autonome, et dispose d’une double terrasse, pour profiter soit à l’ombre, soit au soleil. Je recommande !

The apartment is a great location for those wanting to say outside of the busy old town of Dubrovnik. You can get the bus easily to and from the old town, from right outside the apartment, which takes about 10/15 minutes. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away with lots of restaurants and shops around. You can also walk easily to Gruz where the port is. It was a lovely little apartment and a lovely family. Coffee machine and lots of storage space was amazing. Would highly recommend!
