Villa holiday rentals in Francavilla Fontana

We arrived and departed with a „WOW“ on our lips. The place of Bea is so special und unique - it is obvious how much love and care is put into this place. It is good to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool! We would love to come back!

We’ve had a few holidays in Puglia but this was the first staying at Rebecca’s place. She was a very attentive host and we were also grateful to have Mattia nearby (and on the phone) if we had any urgent questions. The decor and the landscaping were finished beautifully. All the amenities worked well and the place was so clean!! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Thank you to Trulli & Dimore for a wonderful stay. We had a fantastic time in the property. I was also delivered a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday from T&D which was a thoughtful touch. The only recommendation I would make to future guests is to ensure you hire a car when staying as the property would otherwise be challenging to get to.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Stefanias Haus Nicht an einer naturgeschützten Küste, umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, von die man von überall das Meer sieht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt ins Stefanias Haus und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Für Menschen, die die Natur lieben, ist dieser Ort ein absolutes Paradies und Stefania ist eine Uneingeschränkt hervorragende Gastgeberin, die zu jederzeit alles tut, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Da wir unseren Hund Anton dabei hatten, war der große Garten auch für ihn ein perfekter Ort. Von dem Gelände aus kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge über kleine Feldwege auch bis hinunter zum Meer machen. Die Küste in dieser Region ist atemberaubend schön mit vielen kleinen buchten und herrlichen Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir können Stefania und ihren paradiesischen Garten uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Genoten van een prachtig verblijf met privé zwembad. Mooie omgeving om uitstappen te maken. De poetshulp legt alles duidelijk uit bij aankomst en communicatie met Sandra was ook top. Het huis was top! Mooie kamers en badkamer, prachtig terras. Perfect om met je gezin of als koppel te relaxen in alle luxe. Als je de airco in de slaapkamer elke dag (avond/nacht) verbruikt zit je er wel over de max kWh per dag en betaal je wel iets meer hiervoor. Dit wordt duidelijk afgesproken vooraf maar we wisten niet of we wel degelijk over die kWH/dag zouden gaan met de airco of niet. Samengevat: Prachtige vakantie in Puglia in een prachtig huis.

Wow—this is a true Italian villa, like something out of a movie! We stayed with both our parents and our 4-year-old and had plenty of space. The home is grand, with two kitchens and even an outdoor shower. Best of all, it’s just steps from the beach—an unbeatable location! That said, expect to hear early beachgoers and some foot traffic near the property in the morning. The private gate is helpful, but access can be tight if neighbors block the entrance (especially with a larger vehicle). We did deal with ants throughout our stay and vacuumed daily, but it didn’t ruin the experience. The charm and location of this villa far outweighed any minor inconveniences. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this place for a family stay in Monopoli!

Tina is a dream host. I felt more like I was visiting my Aunt. She is so warm & welcoming. She left all kinds of goodies for us to eat & drink-which was needed after a long day of traveling. She gave us so many great recommendations on things to see, places to eat. Her house is fantastic. Right on the water and only 15 mins to Ostuni. We would go back in a heartbeat - and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Puglia!

Off the beaten track but not too far to get to some of the gorgeous towns in Pulgia! We had a lovely stay at Jerome’s, it was so peaceful and we lived swims in the pool. Jerome was very responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

Villa molto bella, corrispondente alle foto. Eravamo tra i primi ospiti della casa, solo recentemente messa su Airbnb, quindi alcuni dettagli erano ancora da sistemare (alcune cose in casa non erano funzionanti, un paio di sedie del patio e sdraio erano rotte) ma Donna è sempre stata estremamente reattiva e ha sistemato tutto quanto possibile super velocemente. Sicuramente una casa che si presta a regalare estremo relax grazie alla zona piscina stupenda, all'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e alla massima disponibilità di Donna. Belle spiagge a 15/30 minuti e luoghi di interesse comodissimi da raggiungere (Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca, etc.) Insomma, consigliato!

Such a lovely home with a nice garden, plus grapes you can literally pick off the vine and eat. Eight of us fit comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We were only 10-30 min away from a lot of the surrounding towns (Monopoli, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare) which made it easy to take quick day trips using our rental cars. Kirstin and Mira were very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again!

Vila Domina Levante este pur și simplu extraordinară! Vila este frumoasă, mobilată cu mare grijă și atenție la detalii, creând o ambianță confortabilă și elegantă. Curățenia este impecabilă, fiecare colț este îngrijit la perfecțiune. Proprietarul a fost incredibil de amabil și util, asigurându-se că vila era deja bine încălzită când am ajuns, un detaliu pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult. În plus, jacuzzi-ul era deja gata și cald, oferind momente de relaxare pură. O experiență de neuitat pe care aș recomanda-o oricui caută confort, frumusețe și ospitalitate de cel mai înalt nivel. Abia aștept să revin și să stau mai mult!

Paul’s home is absolutely fabulous! So much space, clean, and beautifully landscaped. Domenico, the caregiver, was awesome as well. Only suggestion is to be very specific with who you intend to have visit or stay at the house ahead of time.

Masseria Luci is one of the homes that one might see on a travel website and think “oh I’d love to stay there”! Beautiful home, wonderful gardens, great pool and outdoor living areas. Marco was a responsive and generous host, and the place certainly lived up to expectations.

Could not recommend Ara’s beautiful villa enough. Ara goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is super responsive to any of your wants/needs. The villa itself was a little paradise in the Apulian countryside however super accessible for all the beautiful beaches and local towns of Ostuni/Ceglie. We went as a group of 6 adults and 2 children and was the perfect setting for privacy and group activities. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway with a 5 star owner then don’t hesitate to book!

Borgo Santa Marta è un angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde delle campagne di Noci. Ha superato anche le nostre aspettative grazie a spazi interni comodi, pulitissimi e finemente ristrutturati con arredamento di design, rispettando allo stesso tempo la “storia” tipica dei trulli. Gli spazi esterni sono il pezzo forte, dove potersi rilassare, mangiare o fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina o vasca idromassaggio con gli amici. Marta cura tutto nei minimi dettagli, ci ha dato tante informazioni utili sempre con il sorriso e la passione che la contraddistinguono e ci ha riempito di accortezze come cialde per il caffè o acqua in ogni stanza (per nulla scontati). Consigliatissimo per soggiorni con gli amici, ma anche in famiglia. Davvero super!!!

Tolle Gastgeber, super Service, immer bei Fragen erreichbar. Ganz nette Menschen. Schönes Appartement mit toller Terrasse und schöner, gepflegter Außenanlage. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

We had a perfect stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had all the facilities and amenities we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The communication with the host was excellent — she was very friendly, gave us great recommendations, answered all our questions quickly, and was always easy to reach. The location is also ideal: very central and close to everything worth visiting in the region. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and host. Highly recommended!

Ett väldigt fint och nyrenoverat hus. Allt var modernt, välstädat och genomtänkt. Poolområdet var härligt och välplanerat. En stor pool, utomhusdusch, utomhuskök osv. Vi bodde där ungefär en vecka och gjorde flera utflykter - läget är bra utgångspunkt för att se andra städer. Värden var väldigt trevlig och snabb att svara på eventuella frågor. Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn och var väl tilltaget för oss med dubbla badrum och två sovrum. Toppbetyg - bara att boka! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

The villa was beautiful, clean, and truly a peaceful place to stay. I recommend it for a family or group that wants to stay close to ostuni. Beautiful place. Would stay again. We ran into some issues, but Marco was proactive and great about solving the issues that came up right away. He would respond fast and always be attentive to our needs! Overall, great experience despite some hiccups that were resolved quickly. On top of that, we left some personal things at the villa and Marco was kind enough to help us ship them back home in the US. Thank you!!

Fijn huis met zwembad om te verblijven , maar ook als startpunt voor trips in de omgeving met als leidraad de leuke tips v host Merel .

I have no words to say about this beautiful place and the host Maria and her whole family We had the most memorable 3 nights in locorotondo Puglia Maria and her husband took care of all the needs while our stay and arranged everything to celebrate my bday at her beautiful villa She touched my heart so much I felt like I went to one of my family member’s house Had an amazing pizza night that they made in the wood fire grill that they have in the premises I would highly recommend this place for anybody who wants have a wonderful stay ! Thank u and your whole family who looked after me and my family so well !

Un’accogliente casa immersa tra gli ulivi, come nelle foto. Un pergolato dove godersi delle cene in compagnia. L’host è stato molto disponibile e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per esperienze. Assolutamente consigliato

My friends and I stayed at Antonella’s beautiful villa for two nights while visiting Puglia for the first time! The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Antonella was a great host, made herself available to us 24/7 if we needed anything. We arrived late at night and she waited for us without any complaints to greet us and check us in. Would definitely stay here again!
