It is a very beautiful and peaceful place, I recommend it, and it is very clean which is one of the most important things about a place.

Loved staying here! You can hear the river from the front door, it’s cozy and clean, and very comfortable! Would stay again!

Susan and Jeff's place was awesome, and exactly what we were looking for as far as a peaceful getaway. My fiance had run the Boston Marathon earlier in the week and as such, the hot tub was a very welcome amenity. To that end, we were surprised when Susan called us and let us know she and Jeff were on their way to fill the hot tub with hot water since it had cooled down and gotten low, per their cleaner. I saw this in a very positive light and certainly left a good impression on me. The local area is very quiet and walkable with some excellent little shops, cafes, and restaurants; one of which is the Rek-Lis brewery. It is also right next to Franconia and there is no shortage of hiking and walking trails. The property isn't too far from Littleton and Susan was more than happy to recommend some restaurants to us. It is also only about an hour away from the North Conway outlets. All in all, we had an excellent time and appreciated the hospitality Susan and Jeff showed us.

Henry was a great host. The place was clean, easy to find, and peaceful. If you enjoy spending time in the White Mountains, this is a great place to stay.

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful stay and a beautiful, clean house! Location was perfect and an easy drive to everything we wanted to do and see. It was very peaceful and quiet at the house which was a plus. Had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

The River House is such a great place to stay when exploring the White Mtns. The river next to the house is beautiful. We kept the glass door open (screen closed) to hear the river as we fell asleep. It’s less than a 20 min drive to so many great area hikes and attractions.

One of the nicest houses that I’ve ever stayed at! Some friends and I had an incredible night sitting by the fire, and then a perfect morning making some breakfast in the incredible kitchen. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything about this Airbnb was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location truly couldn’t be better—close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was our second day with Colleen. We were more than pleased. In our estimation, because we have stayed near Burke Mountain more than a few times, Colleen‘s place was by far the best place we have ever been to. We have already rescheduled visit number three. I really don’t think I can say enough to do it justice.

This is our 2nd year staying at Randy's spot for 80's weekend at the mountain. The apartment is very clean, VERY comfortable beds! The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom and shower were spotless. Randy allowed us to check in early which was a huge help. We will absolutely be coming back here again next year. Thank you again, Randy!

Nicole's first floor apartment is very homey and welcoming. It was impeccably clean and situated in the perfect location to walk to whatever you feel like doing - restaurants, movie theatre, shopping, live theater. She was a great host who was always in contact. I recommend her place for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Lincoln.

We really enjoyed Suzanne’s charming apartment. It had everything that we needed and a lovely porch off the kitchen overlooking the river. Great coffee shop next door! Nonna’s Italian restaurant and Big Day brewery are excellent. There is a cool art shop across the street from Nonna’s

Kristen’s place is very clean and peaceful. It’s a beautiful comfortable setting! She is a very responsive, accommodating, generous host and it was a pleasure to communicate with her and stay at her home. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The place had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. Very peaceful surroundings and close to outdoor activities.

I had a great time at Mike's place. The amenities are incredible and exactly as described, the racquetball, hot tub, and ping pong table are perfect. The location is 10 miks from the Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch State Park, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The fireplace and thermostats keep the temperature indoors perfect, and I would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Rick’s place, and I can confidently say it wont be the last. The room was immaculate and the area itself is bustling and always has tons of activities for families. I would absolutely recommend choosing Rick as your host, you will not be disappointed!

Very convenient to restaurants and Loon. The condo was accurate to the listing. Only gripe is the thin walls, but it’s a condo complex so what can you expect.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and relaxing. Having a view of the river was definitely a highlight for my girls. Patricia was very responsive during our stay which was really appreciated. It was definitely a great place to stay for our weekend getaway.

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.
