Heel knus, gezellig en proper apartement voor 2! Perfecte ligging als uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen. Op wandelafstand kan je ook de overzetboot nemen naar andere dorpjes. Een aanrader! 😊

Super verblijf in het hartje van Spa. Na een lange wandeltocht was dit de ideale plaats om even te bekomen en tot rust te komen. Communicatie met host verliep vlot. Bedankt!

Eine sehr schöne und für den Preis vor allem große Ferienwohung auf einem Bauernhof. Eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für das Auto ist vorhanden und bis Malmedy sind es geschätzt nur 10 Minuten. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super mooie rustige groene plek. Een leuk huisje met lieve huisdieren om lekker te ontspannen. Ik heb al lang niet zo diep geslapen als daar om heerlijk wakker te worden met het gefluit van de vogeltjes. De omgeving was prachtig om te wandelen. Andere dorpen/steden waren goed te bereiken.

Verzorgd en betrekkelijk modern appartement in centrum Malmedy. Volledig in orde zoals in de beschrijving. Vriendelijke host.

This was the second time I stayed at Babs' and I'm looking forward to staying there again. The apartment is kept neatly clean and all appliances are in perfect conditions. The neighborhood is perfect for enjoying some nice walks and it's only 15min from the city center on foot. Also, Babs is always friendly and provides all that is needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a great stay! The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The location is lovely—right in the heart of the charming town of Malmedy. Parking can be a bit tricky if you have a car, especially when there’s an event in town. The roads might be blocked, so you may need to park a bit farther away (at least that was the case for me). The room is on the second floor with no elevator, so if you’ve got heavy luggage… good luck 😅 That said, the room was very clean, and I loved the cool F1-themed decor—it really adds to the vibe! I think there was a heater, but I didn’t see any AC. It wasn’t a problem for me since the weather was fine, but it might get a bit warm in the summer without air conditioning.

Perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan circuit Spa - Francorchamps. Mika is duidelijk en zeer behulpzaam! Appartement ligt op een mooie locatie middenin het stadje! Wij komen nogmaals terug!

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cet Airbnb. Il y a le souci du détail et des décorations de goût qui ont marqué notre attention. On se sent comme dans un petit cocon et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. C'est du beau travail et nous avons trouvé beaucoup de qualités à cet endroit : le lit rideau très chouette, le fait que tout soit ouvert, les jeux de société. On a adoré et on recommande vivement ☺️

Excellente adresse à Spa, logement idealement placé au centre ville, proche de toutes commodités. Très propre et extrêmement bien équipé. A recommander.

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung, in der man sofort ankommen und sich zu Hause fühlen kann. Der Blick ist toll und nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt beginnt der Wald mit den ersten Wanderwegen. Ingrid ist sehr freundlich und stellt viele Infos zur Region zur Verfügung. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen :)

The appartment was great, very spacious and new. It is very well equipped, the only thing I can think of that would be a good addition would be a hair dryer. The location is perfect, really central, but in a parallel street to the main street making it quiet. I do not remember if it is mentioned in the anouncement but there is clearly some construction going on and while it did not bother us, there was some noise in connection with this. Check in and out went very smoothly and overall I found that it was a very good value for the money. The only negative aspect I can think of is that it has no air conditioning or ventilators. We were there on a hot weekend (approx. 30 degrees) and it was quite warm.

Clementine is een super host! Ze was er altijd op de juiste momenten en we kregen veel flexibiliteit voor het zwembad- en de jacuzzi tijdens het hele verblijf. De omgeving is prachtig, net ver genoeg van de stad Maastricht en lekker dichtbij de rust en het boerderij leven.

Wir haben uns im Posthalterhof sehr wohl gefühlt, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es ist alles gut gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist super, in der Stadt ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und genauso wie beschrieben. Sie ist gut zu finden und liegt in einer praktischen Lage – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls top: Ich habe immer schnelle Antworten bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Fijne dagen gehad, heerlijk genoten van de infrarood-sauna, jacuzzi en dutchtub. Lekker ruim huis. Paar kleine tips: geen fan van het automatische luchtsysteem, het werd behoorlijk warm in huis (het waren ook erg warme dagen maar van airco kan je niet spreken) en de afzuiging/luchtsysteem was 's nachts te hard te horen. Verder zouden horren echt heel fijn zijn, zo kan je wel genieten van de frisse gezonde buitenlucht zonder de beestjes ;)

Wir haben auf der Heimreise zwei Tage Zwischenstopp bei Jörn eingelegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat schon eher Hotelcharakter (Kaffeebar, Bademäntel, Duschgel). Die Lage ist ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die in anderen Bewertungen angesprochene "Frühstücksbar" hat uns gereicht, wir hatten aber auch tolles Wetter, so dass wir Abends draußen gesessen sind. Der Whirlpool war besonders cool. Jörn war ein toller, stets erreichbarer Gastgeber. Alles in allem eine tolle Location für einen Kurzurlaub.

The apartment is in a great location. Close to shops, restaurants and the bus station. Lots to see and do for everyone. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the hustle and bustle.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf in Malmedy. Ontzettend mooi appartment met alles erin wat je maar nodig hebt. Wij hebben genoten van het uitzicht. We komen zeker terug!
