I live in a 1-room old building apartment in Frankfurt-Höchst. It is 36 m² also with a large balcony and a sun lounger :-) There is a shower, kitchen, and bedroom. The hallway/stairs are a little tight. The apartment is optimal for up to two people. Close transport links to Höchst train station approx. 5 minutes' walk, from there 10 minutes to the main train station and to the Zeil about 15 minutes, to the nearest bus stop it is 1 minute and to the Main 2 minutes' walk.
