After spending the last few years only on Airbnb and having great experiences, we have decided to share our seldom used apartment with dear guests. For this reason, a complete core renovation took place. It is all newly furnished including kitchen and bathroom. 1 room apartment with private entrance, small kitchenette with all necessary appliances and bathroom with shower. Kitchen facilities including Dolce Gusto Pad coffee maker and coffee and tea for the first breakfast available. All utensils for cooking and baking including stove and oven. Toaster, kettle, glasses and dishes as well as kitchen towels, Spüli etc. .... everything needed. Should something be needed again, of course we will try to help! Bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper available. 1 double bed Dimensions 160 x 200 cm 1 sofa bed 145 x 192 cm on request, so 4 people could be accommodated in the room. If you book up to 2 people, the double bed is always prepared! Sofa bed only on request for the 2nd person as it has to be pulled out and prepared! It is a 30sqm 1 room apartment/condo. There is no separate bedroom. Our modern 2-room non-smoking apartment (54m²) is located on the ground floor of an 8-family house in Hattersheim, centrally located between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz on the S1 railway line, which is only 500 meters away. The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a box spring bed (100 × 200 cm). There is a sofa bed (130 × 200 cm) available in the living room. We are happy to provide a baby crib. Ideal for families, business travelers and groups.

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

The apartment was built in 2021 and is located in a 4th floor with 2 elevators. The apartment is 44 square meters (465 sq. f.) with a living, dining and kitchen area, a separate bedroom with private restroom. There is an extra sofa in the living room, where a third person could sleep.
