My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

Completely renovated lovely home that has it all! Swing on the front porch bench, lounge on the huge sectional sofa while binging shows on the 55” TV, relax by the fireplace! What can’t you do here?? With excellent wifi and a workspace, it's also a great place to work from home. If you *must* go out, there are tons of cool shops and restaurants in nearby Irvington. Featuring the famous smallest bathroom in the world (not yet confirmed with Guinness). Absolutely no parties or events!
