Family-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin Township

We've been here several times now and it's our favorite hidden gem! Quick 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville and all the shops. Can stay at the home all day grilling out, playing games, enjoying the hot tub, and the kids will not want to leave the amazing outdoor swing!

We rented Ron and Randy's place for a family get together and it was perfect for us. Their place is stocked with everything you need to entertain and the outdoor spaces are popping with gorgeous flowers. We thoroughly enjoyed the back patio area that has a hot tub, a bar, and a perfect hang out zone. One of the bedrooms was conveniently located on the first floor, which was great for the older couple in our group. Ron and Randy were very communicative and easy to work with and really an absolute joy to chat with. I would 100% recommend this place!

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed at Sycamore Hill as part of a work trip and it was an excellent alternative to staying at a hotel. The home is set on a hill with beautiful view while the home itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. At the end of a long day of work, coming in the door felt like coming home. Mike was an excellent and communicative host, giving us advice on local things to do and generally was an extremely interesting fellow with many stories to tell. I look forward to staying at Sycamore Hill again when we are back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The floors are a little creaky and no locks on the bathrooms. Convenient to get to Butler University. Nice space. Kitchen was missing cooking oil but we left some behind for the next folks.

We had a great stay at Josie and Rob’s when we came into town for the Fever game. Josie was very responsive and so kind when talking with her. I would definitely recommend staying here, it is so close to everything, we felt very safe and were able to bring our dog along! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

The house was perfect for our large family gathering for the Indy 500. Very roomy and easy to spread out, with spacious updated kitchen. The photos, however, showed a beautifully landscaped yard with flower pots; for our late-May visit, the grounds appeared to be starved for spring clean-up. But if you want a big spacious home and yard, in a quiet area easily accessible to downtown and 465/70/65, with privacy, this is for you. Hosts were wonderful.

Adam is a great host. The house is amazing and more than I expected. Great location and plenty of activities surrounded the area. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be booking again for next years Indy 500

Place has plenty of sleeping options for large groups. We were in town for several events over a weekend. Do not be fooled by the walking distance to places. It’s really not that far. The garage and ping pong table were great. It’s an awesome place for a large party of people. Easy to find and private at the same time. If you have over 7 people in your group there is no better place in this neighborhood!

This little cottage was just what we needed for the week! We enjoyed our stay in Indianapolis and were able to walk around to some great shopping and restaurants, as well as be close to the things we needed to go do in town. The yard was perfect for our two small dogs to get some outdoors time. Our host was very attentive during the booking and check in and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable.

It was my second stay at the cottage and I’ll be back! It’s a peaceful space that is tastefully decorated. Situated in a neighborhood that is walkable, quiet and has lovely gardens and yards. Close to everything I needed.

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Had a lovely family trip to Indianapolis. Loved being across the street from a park for the granddaughter and a pool to splash around in when it was sunny. Great to have our space right next to my daughter and her family's space.

Ed is a great guy with a wonderful, homey abode! He was prompt with responding and a great communicator with my group. The neighborhood is great too!

Donald’s home was beautiful, spacious and clean. My family enjoyed our time there.
