Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the deep, old-fashioned clawfoot tub after a day on the lake. Our metal roof creates a soothing symphony of raindrops on rainy days, adding to the romantic ambiance. Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Lake Front Getaway

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful lake front home. Pier has whips to secure your boat or jet skis. Cove is shallow enough for wading, swimming, or kayaking and located in a "NO Wake" Inlet so no worries about boat traffic. Fishing right off the pier is fun for the kids! Beautiful yard in which to play. We have, ping pong, puzzles, and board games available. Shop and dine locally or head over to Tyler (25 minute drive) to enjoy lots of great restaurants and live music.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Welcome to your dream lakeside retreat! This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath lake house offers breathtaking 8-mile views of Lake Palestine, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. You may also enjoy docking your boat or fishing at the boathouse. We have 2 private boat ramps for you to use in the neighborhood. (Key to unlock the gate for the boat ramps is on the key rack). Please always place back on the key rack. It is $100 to replace.

East Texas private Bass lake. Cabin is 40 yards from lake but not directly on the water. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Our cabin is clean, simple, quaint, and fully furnished. The AC/heat is split units with ceiling fans in each room. Come sit on the front porch, relax on the swing, or use the charcoal grill and fire pit. The cabin can be rented for 1 to 4 people. Your stay includes free boat rental, trolling motor and battery. 2 hrs from DFW and Shreveport

The Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Bunkhouse! Its rustic space features an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen (that has everything you need), and bathroom downstairs. The beds are located upstairs in the loft. Rural small town, 15 miles from either Lake Palestine or Lake Athens, 30 miles from Tyler, TX, and an easy drive to Canton Trade Days. Only 3 miles away from TX Ziplining Adventure and an array of local wineries around!
