Das Appartement ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Babybett steht zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können sicher im großzügigen Hausflur abgestellt werden. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Carport der genutzt werden kann. Die eingezäunte große Liegewiese mit Grillplatz und Sitzgelegenheiten befindet sich auf dem Grundstück hinter dem Haus.
