Modern, spacious studio apartment with separate bathroom. A large king-size bed (2 m x 2 m) with high-quality mattresses is available in the sleeping area separated by a room divider. A comfortable living area offers a sleeping place for a third person when pulled out (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, and Senseo machine. Attention: Not suitable for people with walking difficulties! Attic, no elevator!

Our former hiker's room with private bathroom, kitchenette and separate entrance is located in downtown Ilmenau. The market is 150 m away and the train station is about 1 km away. A bakery, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. Car parking is available right in front of the property free of charge. For bicycles, we have a covered parking space. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, business travelers, students and craftsmen. Linens and towels are included.

In the holiday resort of Manebach, a lovingly furnished apartment awaits you in which you can find time to relax and unwind. The 124 km long Ilmtal cycle path leads from above the Ilmquelle in Allzunahan to the Ilmmündung in Großheringen. Bathing enthusiasts dive into the refreshing water of the 4km away outdoor pool. For a city or shopping trip, the 45km away state capital Erfurt and Weimar offers in about 70 km everything your heart desires.

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

A wonderful apartment in the countryside with a view and close to the campus of the technical university! The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped. It is located very well for hikes in the Thuringian Forest, but the city center is also easily accessible. The owners are very happy to give tips for excursions and hikes. A longer stay is also possible.

Our spacious apartment with 2 terraces and garden is located in a prime location in the Bäderviertel Ilmenau. The city center is a 3-minute walk away, while the Festhalle and the city park are less than 5 minutes away on foot. From there, you can take various hikes through the Thuringian Forest (e.g. to the Kickelhahn or to Manebach).
