Typical 1850s country house. Located at the end of the road, in a small hamlet of 5 properties. Beautiful view from the covered terrace over the hills. Located in the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, labeled a UNESCO National Geopark. At the crossroads of major tourist sites: Cahors, St Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat, Dordogne... Trails at the foot of the house. I provide sheets and towels on request: €10 supplement to be paid on site.

Close to the Dordogne and the most beautiful sites of the Lot such as Gourdon medieval town 10 minutes away, the caves of Cougnac, the castles of Périgord, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Cahors. Or simply disconnect and enjoy the calm by the pool for a barbecue or aperitif with stunning views of the valley.

Ideally located between Rocamadour, Cahors and Sarlat, this sheepfold transformed into a 100 m2 cottage on 2 levels is in the heart of a village with essential shops, grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, hairdresser and pharmacy. Our 3-star cottage has Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning throughout the property. The beds will be made for your arrival. We welcome one pet per stay. We clean at the end of the stay free of charge

Nearby are many tourist sites, Rocamadour, St-Cirq Lapopie, Gouffre de Padirac, Sarlat, canoeing on the Célé or on the Dordogne, possibility of this swimming 20 km away nearby (on the River Le Lot, Le Célé or La Dordogne or body of water,the Gramat animal park,many hiking trails......

La Petite Caussenarde Gîte

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in the heart of the Lot countryside. Close to highway exits and tourist sites (Cahors, Rocamadour, Padirac etc...) We have chosen not to include sheets and towels in the price. I can provide them for the price of 15 euros per bed (beds made). However, you can bring your own linens. For a 7-night stay, free bed linens and towels.
