Peaceful Private Downtown + Coworking (2S)

JeremyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
One of the best shared spaces of any Airbnb I've ever stayed at. You have your own kitchen and bathroom in your unit, but the co-working shared space is so warm and inviting, you'll what to spend as much time there as you can. In the morning, fresh coffee in ready by 07:00 and you can enjoy it with some peaceful background music. The hosts are really trying to create a healthy and friendly environment, and they do a wonderful job. highly recommended!

We have stayed with Cheryl before. She has always provided a great place to stay. She provides OJ, milk, eggs and other things in the refrigerator. Plus a baked goody in there as well! We look forward to going back.

Beautiful Private Suite + Coworking Downtown (3N)

IsaiahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Glen and Julia are excellent at communicating and know the area very well. Their property is located in the middle of the downtown area and is walking distance from some amazing restaurants. Parking is a little tricky but parking on Carrol 6 nights out of the week is the best option.

It is a beautiful suite! Very easy to get in and there’s so much to do and see in that area. It is perfectly located in town but on a quieter street. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Frederick!

Georges on York B&B: Parson's Rest

CatharineRating, 5 stars36 months ago
Chris & Sharon could not have been more hospitable. Chris greeted us upon arrival, giving us directions to the on-site parking, then showed us to our room. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated. The en suite bathroom was great, very clean, with makeup removing cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Nice linens, too. Sweet treats were available throughout the house, including caramel corn in our room, and bottled water. In the evening, we hung out on the back patio by the gas fire pit with Chris, which was really nice. Breakfast was excellent—homemade breads with pear butter, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit (including berries from their on-site garden), smoked apple sausage, and bread pudding with fruit. It was really nice chatting with Chris & Sharon and comparing notes with them about our concert experiences. We would definitely stay @ Georges on York again, and we highly recommend it.

Georges on York B&B: Motter Room

JulieRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Great retreat in Taneytown, MD for a getaway. My husband and I stayed for one night and toured the local breweries and golfed nearby. Chris was extremely proactive and accommodating throughout the stay. He has thought of everything to make a total positive experience. Muffins, cookies, snacks, drinks and ice cream all complimentary. Breakfast was delish and was made from many of his own vegetable garden ingredients. Chris is super friendly and has a really well kept unique place. The bathroom in our room was stunning. Everything was immaculate. He clearly works hard to keep the place in top shape. There is a white noise machine in the room to drown out the traffic since it is right along the road, or bring ear plugs if you are an extra light sleeper.

The Snowy Owl Room: Sparkling Stars Inn

LaurenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Sparkling Stars Inn is a gem. Our room was thoughtfully, appointed, had a great bed with ample pillows, and a lovely shower with good water pressure. Linda is a friendly and engaging host, but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed the yummy daily breakfast, the always-available coffee/tea/etc. station, and the amazing gluten-free oatmeal raisin cookies that Linda baked and left in the entry hall for guests. We would return in a heartbeat!

The Pheasant Room - Sparkling Stars Inn

MarisolRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A Delightful Stay at Sparkling Stars Inn. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sparkling Stars Inn and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that set the tone for my entire stay. The owners truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of charm and comfort. I loved how every detail was thoughtfully chosen, from the soft linens to the little touches like the basket of toiletries. It felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Freshly prepared every morning, the spread was incredible— pastries, a variety of delicious fruit, eggs, and the most amazing coffee. It was the perfect way to start each day. The location of the B&B was also fantastic. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it provided the ideal balance of tranquility and accessibility.
