A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Welcome to the Reva Retreat! This country house sits on 10 acres, nestled between Shenandoah Nat'l Park & the Blue Ridge Mtns, with wineries and breweries nearby. Approx 1.5 hours from DC and 45 mins from Charlottesville makes this the perfect getaway destination to escape the city & unplug. Stocked with amenities: BBQ grill, dine al fresco, stargaze by the firepit, cook a feast in the new kitchen, play board games in the basement, or connect your laptop to a 32" monitor to work remotely.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.
