The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Outside you will find a large garden and nice outdoor areas. The house is not newly renovated, and the standard is somewhat basic in some places. Centrally located in Gressvik with only a 6-minute walk (500m) to Gressvik Brygge where the City Ferry takes you free of charge to Fredrikstad city center in 11 min or all the way to the Old Town in about 25 min. Two playgrounds, outdoor kitchen and library nearby (5-10 min walk). The house has two living rooms, one of which has a Smart TV, sofa bed and many children's toys.

The small house is located at a reasonable distance to both train, bus and ferry at Cicignon. Walk to Storgata in about 25 minutes. It is a great location and the ferry to Gamlebyen (from Cicignon ferry) is only 15 minutes away. The ferry takes only a few seconds and runs mostly every 15 minutes. Here you have a private garden and a large terrace. There is one double bed, so you can set up the sofa bed in the living room and use mattresses. There can be up to six people staying overnight if you are familiar with each other.

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love. Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.
