We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

Perfect spot!

Great location, wonderful host, made us feel welcome, extremely helpful. The nice touch was fruit awaiting our arrival along with food in the fridge and bottled water being available. Overall outstanding thank you.

Friendly and responsive host, apartment in city center, close to restaurants and shops, and walkable to port. Max was a gracious host and recommended restaurants and provided directions. He also offered transfer services from the airport. Great experience, highly recommended.

David was super helpful an responsive helping us check in super late at night (when we got lost)The location is so close to the beach and the bikes made getting to other restaurants so convenient. Would stay there again!

This was the perfect place for our family of six to stay before our flight! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and there were plenty of towels and a good shower. The town was adorable—we walked to dinner, strolled along the beach, grabbed gelato, and the guys even got the best haircuts ever! There was also a bakery for breakfast right around the corner. Giuseppe was so kind and helpful. He arranged a spacious van for our airport transfer, which was nicer (and cheaper!) than an Uber. The drive to the airport was super easy. We’d definitely recommend this place—comfortable and convenient!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Romana was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. We enjoyed the stay a lot! The view is simply unbelievable and the art in the house is a collection with calling it a museum! Thanks a lot for sharing that beautiful place with us!

I only spent a few hours in the apartment since I used it strategically to get to the airport for a 4 am flight but everything was impeccable

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

We loved Christian’s place. Everything was perfect. The area is vibrant with many quality restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the sea. Christian was an amazing host, organising things and giving recommendations. His place was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ostia. He met us at check-in and check-out which made things easy. He also arranged transfer from train and to airport.

My family and I stayed at Marilena's just for one night because we had an early flight out of FCO airport. my wife and I were traveling with three kids under six. this was the first and only day that we did not have a car to get around. We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment. it was very simple and easy to do. It was very easy to access the apartment. the host had perfect instructions. We came on a bank holiday so there was not a lot of choices available. However, Marilena's suggestions were all amazing. we ended up going to a restaurant in Fiumicino city called Cielo. wow this place was amazing. service and food was amazing. The apartment we stayed at had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and host gave us a welcome kit that was so kind. We felt very safe and it was nice that the location was only 10 min from the airport. thank you for everything Marilena!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and welcoming. Stefano has been one of the best hosts, if not the best one, we have had. His caring attention to detail, his clear and prompt communication and his willingness to assist us with special requests made our experience outstanding . The apartment was spotless, all the little details and treats he left for us made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, we love the fruit&vegetables store just across the street. The beach is very close too. We will definitely comeback.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
