Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

What a special place! The house is fully equipped, particularly the kitchen and the living room have all amenities you could imagine. The view is incredible, the outdoor space is gorgeous, the plants are very well kept and the terrace is very spacious. Very clean indoors and outdoors! We enjoyed the projector with the Dolby surround system on the rainy days. There were not many options to eat out or buy groceries/bread within walking distance, so some driving is needed. Marc was also very helpful and fast to respond when we had some issues with the home automation. Overall a wonderful place we hope to come back to again.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. I had a wonderful stay at this charming little apartment! It may be small, but it’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You immediately feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach promenade, tucked away in a lovely residential area. The host is very friendly and always reachable for any questions. Highly recommend!

A magical accommodation, generous hosts, Fabrice is very friendly. In the midst of nature, surrounded by chickens, donkeys and wild boars, there is a paradise that you will not find a second of so quickly!

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We stayed at this enchanting villa for 2 weeks, it exceeds all expectations! A dream! The communication was super friendly, quick and helpful, check-in is easy, the location is quiet and the view and the house are simply phenomenal. I was swimming daily in the heated pool overlooking the sea. Pure luck. We hope to be able to spend our time here again soon. Thank you for everything!!

Excellent family stay at François's! The location is ideal, the garden extremely pleasant (swimming pool, shaded areas for eating outside, etc.) and François is very responsive. I completely recommend this accommodation for a vacation in Saint-Raphaël, at the foot of the Esterel!

Really nice place if you like it calm. If you come without a car, bike rental is something to consider. I very much enjoyed the garden, Pierre and his colleague were always supportive and approachable.

Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

Small, very well-equipped studio, the provision of bath towels and bed linen is a real plus. Due to lack of personal time to enjoy it, access to the pool of the residence from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. is really nice. We came by train from Paris and not transported on site, so the small downside for us was the location of the studio a little far from the city center of Frejus and therefore from St Raphael! That being said, I recommend this rental.

Clean, convenient and quiet apartment. Very nice to be able to walk to the seaside, to benefit from a private parking. Thank you to Nicolas for sending 2 explanatory booklets on independent accessibility to the apartment and on the recommendations. Address to keep for my trips to Fréjus.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Garden and pool were gorgeous and everything inside the house was well thought out and had everything we needed for our whole stay. The walk into Antibes is 30 mins but there is a little bus and uber is easily available. Lots of little welcome goodies which was so kind and thoughtful.
