Lovely place with great views, huge lounge and an ideal location. Easy to walk around and only 2 mins from train station. Very comfortable for a family of 4 (2 teenage boys).

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Very nice location, renovated apartment. The pool should only be cleaned more often and the apartment should be freed of dog hair or vacuumed well. All-in-all very good accommodation and good communication!

Greg’s apartment was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had a great stay and appreciated how close it was to the tram, making it easy to get anywhere and proximity to the beach was a plus. We loved that this place was on the less busy part of the boardwalk, so when we came back at the end of the day it was very peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

A beautiful place. The accommodation is very good, as in the photos. The pool is large, clean... a joy! Very good mattress. Kitchen with everything you need. A great welcome with all the explanations, rosé and water. Thank you Philippe. Two issues: - the loud noise of the road just below. - WiFi... it's best to assume that there is none. But don't panic, 4 or 5G works very well. Despite this, we loved this holiday destination as a couple

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We were immediately taken care of. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were received, everything was explained to us and we felt taken care of and safe. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality has been really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

Everything is perfect except for two minor issues: 1. I was not informed that the housekeeper costs extra and was not included. 2. The outdoor furniture, such as deck chairs by the pool, and the pool area in general could be refreshed. As well as the toilet by the pool. Please note that the rest was flawless. These 2 points do not affect the entire stay at all. Only as feedback to get the most out of it. Otherwise perfect, Charles also let us check in and out earlier. I would definitely come back.

Loved our stay here. The garden is the most beautiful with views overlooking the sea. The pollinators were so happy and busy buzzing while we swam in the pool. The decor of the interior was very charming and the AC worked splendidly! The kids loved the secret path to the garden from their room.

Patrick & Brigitte are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation perfectly matches the description, it is ideally located, close to the Estérel massif for nature lovers but also close to the sea for fresh breaks. Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

Excellent stay in Jérôme's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded land and take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

Kathleen's apartment was impeccable, very clean and perfectly located in the heart of Sainte-Maxime. Everything is within walking distance, which is really ideal. Communication with Kathleen was smooth and pleasant — she is dynamic, spontaneous and very welcoming. A top-notch stay, highly recommend!
