Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. The Guest Suite is a bijou, self contained part of 200yr old Heather Cottage in the quiet village of Shirwell. It consists of a small bedsit, a bathroom and kitchenette. The nearest shops/pubs are a 10 min drive. We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Newly renovated townhouse, walkable to town. Fantastic location for bars shopping and Barnstaple attractions. Bus station a 5 minute walk & train station 15 minute. An 8 minute drive to the hospital also. It is suitable for two people maximum, the Queen bed splits to make twin beds upon request. There is space for a couple, friends who don’t mind sharing a room or single guests. Cosy living room , Dining area and large galley kitchen.
