A fantastic week spent at Otters Den. Max is a great host, the house is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean & everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pool , games room & petting area is a fantastic addition & kept my family entertained for the week. We didn’t venture out much as we wanted to have a relaxing week but the walks we did go on where beautiful. Max & his family are such kind hosts with the little extra touches, late check out on Easter Sunday, an egg hunt for the kids with chocolate eggs being delivered to our door, supplying us with fresh eggs & topped us up with fire wood when needed ! Communication was great, Max always replied to us within the hour. I would highly recommend Otters Den

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

Great little getaway. Great communication and the caravan was clean tidy and well presented. Well equipped for a lovely break. Recommend it.

place was as described, access was a little tight, which is the only slight negative. Owners were brilliant, could not rate then high enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. pool was warmish even though cool and windy outside, lovely and clean. I had use of the electric charger overnight to charge car up for journey home, cost was very reasonable. Was a great base for Saunton sands, Woolacombe and Croyde. 5 out of 5 for this place, 12 outfit 10 for the owners

Great communication, and a lovely place to stay for the night which exceeded our expectations.

Katherine and Tino’s place was just like the pictures but better. It had lots of little extras like children’s toys, books, high chair and cot making travelling with (slightly!) less clutter so much more helpful. They responded to all questions before and during the stay super quickly. The pool on site was an added bonus and booking system easy to use. Although there were quite a few houses, it seemed very quiet and private when we were there.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Epic views and surroundings at The North Hill Cottages. The friendly host family has an amazing spot the perfectly situated property lifts you high above the world to a place of tranquil peace and beauty. The cottage was perfect for us and the property offered as much or as little as we wanted to do. The hosts were responsive and available, the other guests were respectable and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, quirky cottage in a great spot with lovely garden and stream. We had an amazing 3 night stay with 11yr old, 8yr old and our dog in this lovely cottage. Great walks from the door, an easy walk to the pub and lovely beaches a bit further afield. It's so peaceful and surpassed expectations, shame kids had to go back to school as we would have loved to stay longer. Hosts are super responsive and really helpful. Worth noting there are a lot of ticks on the moor so worth bringing spray and tick removers. Thanks and we hope to come back.

We had a fantastic few days. Enjoyed everything about this stay. Fantastic location, peaceful, great amenities and Mellinda was so helpful if we needed any questions answered. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful week at Jon’s place and absolutely fell in love with it and the area!!! Jon communicated brilliantly with us throughout our stay and we felt help and advice was on hand if we needed it! Us and the dog settled in immediately and we felt it was like home from home from the start! The cottage is extremely spacious and very comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable! Gorgeous gardens too! For me it was the kitchen! We didn’t want to eat out as we do enough of that in London so to have a fully kitted out kitchen was fantastic! They have thought about everything!!! It was so peaceful in the cottage - the dog hardly barked the whole week! I walked quite a bit and the stunning putsborough beach was a lovely walk (less than 10mins)or if I’d prefer less than 3 minute drive where the dog had endless hours of fun! It is dog friendly all year! I cannot recommend jons place enough! It was utter perfection!

We had an amazing family weekend. Our hosts were fantastic Communication was fab with quick and extremely friendly responses. The accommodation was spot on. Marvellously decorated and amazingly clean. Plenty of space to relax and socialise. Garden was very private and secure so we were able to confidently allow our young four legged friend the freedom to roam. Barnstable town only a short walk with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. Views from upstairs are stunning looking over the river. We absolutely loved it and hope to return again sometime. Thank you again for an opportunity to make some quality family memories. Southerly is a beautiful house, with great dog safe grounds and everything you could possibly need for a stress free stay. The beds are really comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The living areas are large and uncrowded with comfortable sofas and an enormous dining table. It is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in an Airbnb property! The garden was attractive and well furnished with loungers, table and chairs, bbq and sofa and table. Janice and Leigh were welcoming hosts who always responded promptly to any queries from the moment we booked until the moment we left the house. The recent acquisition of an EV charger was the ultimate accessory! Thank you Janice and Leigh.

We were so comfortable staying at Edds house. It’s one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was carefully thought out and we appreciated all of the small touches (particularly the bag of local fudge!). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Braunds is the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family. I've stayed in many AirBnB properties and this is the best. Great communication, very clean, and well equipped.

We stayed at the annexe for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. Lou's place is clean, cosy and has everything you need for a great stay. It is in a great location for walking into Barnstaple for shops and restaurants or cycling the Tarka trail. We were lucky with the weather and was able to have a relaxing drink in a lovely sunny spot in her garden.

Brilliant hosts. Both were really helpful, very responsive. Gave some great recommendations for food and we will definitely look at coming back in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean, spacious & well equipped. Loved the comfy beds & pillows. The back garden is a fabulous sun trap. Right in the centre of Braunton; loved being a minutes walk from shops, restaurants & bars. The app is a brilliant idea - great to have all of the information about the property & area all in one place. Our cocker spaniel also loved it! Would definitely stay again.

We came for a birthday celebration, as a family of 4 (2 grown up kids) it’s a great space, everyone gets their own double bed! Really clean, kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. Balcony views and the hot tub made it feel extra special. There was a number of beach towels which was great. The welcome basket of scones with jam and cream went down a treat, thank you!

We had a great stay. The house is a good base to explore the Tarka Trail either on foot or by bike. The house had everything we needed for our stay, and there was plenty of storage space in the garage for our bikes. If we visit this area again, we will definitely stay here again 😃

We so enjoyed our stay here, it was on the pricey side but it was august. We had my mum with us and so struggled with the very hilly inclines m, so had to drive down to beach every day. The hot tub was v clean but took a good few hours to get warm, & didn’t have bubbles as not an electric hot tub, & you have to cross a small rd to get to where the hot tub is? There were not enough plates,mugs , knives forks ect but we will definitely be back the house was so lovely & views & beds amazing, very clean & homely , lots of space for 6 & dog friendly to Thanks Zoe Xx

Had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft and enjoyed several amazing meals out at places Lucy recommended. We loved the outdoor bath and spending time relaxing in the deck chairs on the little terrace. This area was also perfect for drying our wetsuits after surfing at Westward Ho! With Westward Waves surf school! The wet room bathroom was fab and there was plenty of room and storage in the house. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend to our friends!

We had a great time staying at the Old School house. The house was clean and well equipped to a high spec. The bathrooms seemed to have been very recently refurbished and the living areas were large and airy. Yhe kitchen was very well equipped with lots of preparation space.

Perfect property for long weekend with adult daughters. House was decorated beautifully, brilliantly clean, everything plus more that we needed. Information and communication with Sarah throughout was excellent. Loads of information left in the property too. We usually stay in the area in an hotel in Woolacombe but this was a great find for us when wanting somewhere close for small family trips as only short drive away from Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches. Excellent property.
