What a fantastic place and a great host! As soon as we walked in the door it was easy to relax and enjoy Salida to the fullest. Short walk to the river and great restaraunts. Felt 100% comfortable, welcome, and at ease here. Perfect place to start the morning and unwind after enjoying a full day.

10 out of 10! Absolutely beautiful place! Loft was beautifully decorated and spotless upon arrival. Super comfy oversized couch and spa like bathrooms. Walking distance to multiple local restaurants. Host was responsive and quick to respond.

Easily one of the cleanest and coziest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Wonderful location, quiet, spacious, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need - I was sad to leave!

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed! The location is central to everything - the river, great restaurants, and we could see the mountains from bed. My husband had the best sleep the entire trip while we were here, it was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and very quiet, we didn't see or hear anyone else during our stay. We'd love to return to town and would stay here again!

I spent 2 nights in this apartment and I recommend 100%. The place is in Historic downtown in a wonderful 150+ years old building. Felt like I was conquering the Wild West BUT with all the comfort we need in the 21st century!! Plus, a free parking lot less than 20 yards away directly to the side walk. Just perfect. Julie’s place was so cool and the location is perfect! Really enjoyed the history of the place, how comfortable everything was, and the patio has amazing views. I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Salida 😊

Heidi’s Hideaway was such a TREAT!! I was on a traveling on motorcycle trip alongside with my father and uncle who had NEVER experienced an AirB&B stay before. This lovely home was a PERFECT experience all around whether you have stayed in an Airbnb before or not! The house is absolutely lovely and feels very much like you’re at home yourself. It is an older house that has been VERY well taken care of and remodeled. Both my father & uncle couldn’t stop complimenting on the little craftsmanship details throughout the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and Heidi herself was SO helpful, friendly, and accommodating!! Next trip we come through CAÑON CITY, CO we will 100% book again! Thanks, Heidi! =)

The house was the perfect size for my group. The horses being right behind the house made my daughter very happy. Location felt very much like home after settling in and there's lots to do in the area

We enjoyed The Lazy Rays immensely! The place was very clean and well stocked for cooking and large families. When there was a mishap, the host responded immediately and took care of the problem. The front porch and back patio had plenty of seating and comfortable accommodations. The grill worked great and was clean and easy to use. We look forward to staying at The Lazy Rays again!

One of my favorite places that we stayed. We were looking for a practical and quiet refuge to regroup from family celebrations. This fit the bill in all ways. It was comfortable and clean, conveniently located, and EASY. It was especially nice to have a pet friendly place that didn’t have evidence of all the pets before. And nice, thick TOWELS for days and days. How nice to have enough towels! ::hoping other Airbnb folks take note:: Karen was welcoming and warm and I am 100% positive that we will stay here again when we visit family in Salida.

Fantastic location, easy walk to Main Street, host was very accommodating and helpful. Allowed an early check in and I accidentally left some clothing which they arragened to return. the coffee maker died and was replaced the same day. I absolutely would stay here again.

Great location for Cañon City, Florence or the drive to Colorado Springs! Lovely home with nice amenities.

Beautiful home, nice quiet neighborhood perfect location so it was nice and quiet but minutes from food/ stores etc. close to many attractions. Would stay again home home very clean and spacious.

Responsive host and good location in growing mixed development area. Kitchen was well stocked and balcony offered great views of the mountains. Nice riverside walk nearby as well.

We had a wonderful two days at Wendy's place in Salida. The location is perfect for exploring everything in the downtown area. The farmers market in the park on Saturday morning was a highlight. We would definitely stay at Wendy's place again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb was tidy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. We would absolutely love to stay there again on our next visit!

Lovely location, kind host and very nice place to stay

We loved our month long stay! The condo is located right in the heart of Salida yet away from the bustling noise. We could easily walk to grocery stores, all the shops and restaurants on F Street, the Arkansas River and hiking/biking trails. We didn’t need our car hardly at all. The unit itself is located on two floors - the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and laundry upstairs and the kitchen, eating area, living area and half bath on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked and has all that’s needed for cooking. The small patio has a grill and two chairs for sitting outside. There are board games and a dvd player for added entertainment. The hosts are very responsive and make sure guests enjoy their stay. One of favorite Airbnb’s!
