right on the edge of the French quarter but not in crazy zone. Great restaurants close by.

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Loved everything about the apartment & location. The Bean Gallery was a clutch spot for food and the area has a great selection if u wana cook more than eat out. Not far at all from everywhere you would like to be in “THE NEW ORLEANS” my wife will never forget her bday thank to this place !!!!! 10 stars if I could!!

This location was awesome. We had a great girl's trip. We enjoyed the courtyard and the room was exactly what we expected.

This was a great place. The bed and couch were comfy, walkable to anything including the trolly, and the host was always quick to respond and give early check in. Shower looked a little dirty would be my only complaint.

If you are on the fence about this place, don’t waste another second and book it! Krystal is a terrific host and the apartment is everything you could ever ask for!

it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The space is compact but well-equipped and very clean. What really made it great was the location — it’s close to everything! It was the ideal base for exploring the city. I’d definitely stay here again for a short trip!

Great stay for 2 people. Spacious and in a great location! Every place we went to was only 5-10 minutes away. It was close to so much. Not to mention being near the overpass and they had local businesses out there selling all types of things. Great stay. Would stay again ❤️

I’ve read a lot of these reviews and it feels like people are often sleuthing for some tiny flaw to cry about. But me, I was so happy with my stay. Zero complaints. Gorgeous shotgun apt (huge btw- far more space than I needed!), great yard to sit and drink coffee in, tons of amenities (the bikes are a great touch though I didn’t use them- would totally have done so with more time in the city). Walked to the levee with my pup, went to the Joint, hung out at Bud Rips. Perfect Bywater day. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is awesome. If you are trying to do things close to French Quarter, this is the place! Easy access to the trolleys if you are trying to go farther as well. The space was clean, adorable, and had lots of really cute decor and drink ware, and the courtyard was so nice to sit and drink wine at in the evening. The checkin and checkout instructions were clear. There is a place to store luggage if you have a late flight, and that was amazing to have access to even after checkout.

Great residence, laundry accessible, able to connect to WiFi, security systems and A/C and hot water! It was a great experience for my husband, baby, and I. We had a city utility work incident with one night of no electricity, but the owners quickly acted in refunding the nights stay for the inconvenience, and offered to drop off a fan and ice cooler for baby’s foods! It was an all-in-all great experience.

The apartment was just as described and showed in the picture. It was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Nice washer and dryer. Getting to the unit was not the best. When it rained, the gangway flooded slightly. Not fun to walk through.

Great stay. Would highly recommend.

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Great stay, will definitely be staying again for future visits. Super clean and as described. Was way too hot outside to use the hot tub when we visited but that also looked great. Super cool neighborhood and the rooms ac was great despite it being 90+ degrees every day of our stay

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay. Beds were comfortable and there was a spacious kitchen & a fridge with a water filter and ice maker, which was a bonus. All of our needs were met. An elevator was broken and there was no way to access the stairs from the bottom so that required some patience as only one elevator was operational. Property management company runs a tight ship so make sure to read all of their rules before signing on the dotted line.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
