Studio on the first floor located in a farm building overlooking a courtyard access via a spiral staircase located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Access to the park and the private and heated pool is possible as well as to the outdoor facilities (Games, kitchen, barbecue, deckchairs, etc.).
