The Carter's Loft

ChristineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Well what can I say, we loved loved loved it. The accommodation was extremely well planned and although small it didn't feel enclosed at all. It was extremely well equipped, we were in need of nothing. Caroline the host was superb and always replied to any questions we had. I always messaged her apart from once when we knocked on the door as we needed to receive something physical. The location is great for accessing lots of places to visit. There were also walks from the door. We were so lucky with the weather and the little sun terrace was great to sit out on with a glass of something after a day of exploring. There is even a cafe below which opens for 2 hrs on Wednesday and Thursday run by volunteers to bring the community together. Great cakes and coffee. Would highly recommend staying here where you get plenty of privacy but advice is always on hand if needed. Thank you Caroline for a fantastic time and also for the goodies you left.

Cart Lodge at Moat Farm

AmyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We loved our stay at Cart Lodge, it was a beautiful and well designed space. So clean, bright and a great breeze through the house even though 28 degrees outside. Fans were also provided which meant we slept great in the heat wave. Richard was very helpful on arrival, even putting some extra fencing up so our tiny dogs couldn’t escape from the garden. We had fresh eggs delivered to the door and Richard was very flexible with check out, giving us an extra days holiday. Although Richard’s home was on site, we knew he was there if we needed anything but he left us to enjoy our holiday and only saw him a couple of times (but always on the end of the phone if we had questions). The house was well equipped, super clean and so quiet. We had the best stay with our dogs and will 100% stay again. There were so many local pubs and walks we need to come back to try more out. The enclosed dog run 5 mins down the road was also a welcome surprise as our nervous dog got a treat visit there also

Suffolk Barn Annexe Rural Retreat near Framlingham

DeeRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The tree lined drive up to Chanty Barn sets the scene. Beautiful well kept gardens, fllower meadow & woods to explore at your leisure. There are numerous seating areas, where time just seems to stand still. We loved the many bird feeders placed perfectly so we could fully appreciate the visiting birds & Natural setting. ( Nuthatch, Green Woodpecker, Chiff Chaffs to name but a few ) We were lucky enough to see the Muntjac & Roe deer too. The accommodation is stunning, spotlessly clean, comfy & had everything that made our stay perfect. We visited RSPB Minsmere & Hen Reed Beds. Great area for birdwatching. Southwold is brill for shopping, eating & it has a beautiful beach. Annie, It has been an absolute joy to be able to get away from the maddening crowds & share this sacred space...thankyou, we shall return.

Mustard Pot Cottage

JoRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our 3rd visit to this slice of paradise. So peaceful - with birdsong the only thing that you can hear and we absolutely love it. The MPC is one of our favourite AirBnBs - beautifully appointed, comfortable in the most gorgeous setting. We will book again for sure. Thank you Lizzy for all the thoughtful touches and the cookies were a real hit!

A beautiful & quirky 16th century Suffolk cottage

VanessaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at Meadow Cottage. It's quite quirky, with it's low ceilings and tiny door to one of the bedrooms, but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The meadow and wildlife pond are really beautiful and the back garden over looks Suffolk fields. It's so peaceful and relaxing. Communication was great and we really didn't have any problems at all. We were also able to have a later check out which was so helpful. Would highly recommend a stay!

A unique barn in the tranquil Waveney Valley

MatthewRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderful space - both inside and outside. Beautifully appointed home with a boutique B&B feel and a huge garden. Caroline and her family were so friendly - this included sheep, ducks, chickens, humans, and also Dorothea - the cheekiest collared dove I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The home is in a great position to visit any number of charming villages - Bungay was a highlight for us. Southwold is only half an hour away for a perfect beach day, and Norwich about the same for a day in the city. Will definitely return!
