Beachfront holiday rental in Freycinet

It was a really scenic beautiful home if you love nature and beaches. There were many corners of the house where you can just glance into the scenery right at your doorsteps. At night while a tinge creepy, opens you up to a blanket of stars. We even caught the Milky Way on phone. Unforgettable. Only complaint is that during winter, while there’s a central heating system, the master bedroom at the far end of the house gets really cold even with the added wall heater. Might be good to have an A/C heating in the room. Also, the sign for the unit from the road can be clearer and bigger since the location on Google map leads you to drive up the neighbour’s house. But overall, beautiful house with great view!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely shack in Beaumaris. Polly and Alex were wonderful to communicate with, everything was so easy and we had everything we needed. The house was lovely with a big secure yard for our puppy to play in and the location was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay on Tassie’s east coast.

Felt like I could just stay forever at Amelia’s place. Was exactly as described and the location was more beautiful than I could imagine. The home itself was very cute and had everything and more to feel at home. Lots of room to move around. I absolutely loved the serenity of the outdoor bath - candles and bubbles are ready to go. Sitting under the stars with a glass of wine listening to the ocean waves was blissfully relaxing. A short 5 min drive into Swansea for any supplies (IGA and Boutique Bottle shop) and quick bite at the local pub. I would love to visit again.

The house was perfect for a lovely relaxing week away with a young family. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the reserve was a perfect backdrop to enjoy the peace and quiet of Scamander. We walked to the river each day, played on the large open space outside the back fence. The fireplace was a nice change of pace. Thanks for having us

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The location is great, with a short walk through to the amazing beach. Was a little disappointing that breakfast was not provided as the listing included it and previous reviewers commented on how good the breakfast provisions were.

Felt incredibly lucky to spend a night here, you literally are right above the waves. The deck is amazing, and we could sit on the couch for hours watching the waves. The cottage was cosy, with everything you need, including a backgammon set which we made great use of! Would definitely recommend this place if you are passing through this amazing part of the world.

Excellent place to stay, extremely serene with 9 Mile Beach as a highlight just down the dunes. Highly responsive and proactive host with delicious eating only a short drive away. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is an excellent place to relax and stay overnight at Four Mile Creek. The brewery located in the lobby offers a variety of interesting beers, wine, and cocktails. I highly recommend this establishment.

We loved out stay! The beautiful view, heated pool on the deck, gorgeous fire place inside, modern amenities and 1 minute walk to the secluded beach made our stay magical. The music room with the records was a beautiful touch. Will definitely return!

We loved staying in Bicheno while visiting the Freycinet national park area. It’s a cute village with great coffeeshops. We appreciated our dinner at the Long Boat, the restaurant next to the motel complex. The apartment is brand new. The 2 bedrooms were extremely quiet and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were both beautiful and functional. Checking in and out was easy. We appreciated all the amenities available on motel ground. There’s a nice family beach just across the street. We had an amazing stay.

An absolute getaway! So peaceful and private. Stunning beach views and the beach all to ourselves. Gorgeous bush drive in and out of the property. Met lots of wildlife.

Beautiful home in fantastic location right on the beach front of Coles Bay. The house has a very fresh, relaxed atmosphere. Great spot for the family or couples to stay. The host provides great local recommendations and is very helpful. Lovely basket of treats on arrival as well which added a lovely touch! I would highly recommend staying here. :-)

Fantastic all round. A comfortable, modern house with everything we needed. The view of the pink Hazard mountains from the lounge,deck and master bedroom are stunning and totally mesmerising. Locality fantastic so able to do lots of beautiful beaches and hikes. We did a big shop in Launceston when we arrived and then topped up from the local store - easy. From the deck we saw sea eagles, cormorants, kookaburras (which visit on the deck regularly) and more. We loved it and could have easily stayed longer than our 16 nights. Very very happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing house! It has the most sensational panoramic views of the beautiful white beach and turquoise ocean that is right at the doorstep of this absolute beachfront home! I had a truly wonderful birthday weekend at Bolton’s Beach in the beautiful, well stocked and organised cabins. The weather was great, the views and dawns and sunsets were magical and it was truly very special! The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with and all information was clear. We couldn’t have been happier with the presentation of the cabins, beautifully designed and equipped with all that we needed for our small gathering. The yard on all sides was a wonderful place from which to sit in the stillness observe the changing colours of the sky and water. Our group really enjoyed being able to walk straight onto the beach from the cabins. It's a great walk to the rocks at the far end of the beach. I’m really pleased to have have found such a wonderful holiday house so close to both Dodges Ferry and Hobart as it’s only a 1-1.5 hour drive! Definitely makes it a great choice to come back to and experience in all seasons. Many thanks again!
