Fantastic and comfortable spot to enjoy beautiful St. Martin! A short stroll to the peaceful beach, and a short drive to restaurants and other sites. Super friendly and helpful host. She was very patient when our GPS misguided us, and helped us locate the unit. Highly recommend this place for your island stay!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of spectacular! The location near the beach was perfect—just a quick walk and you’re on the sand. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well-equipped. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and the refreshing pool, every detail was thought out to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also really appreciated the open concept that allowed the entire living room and the terrace to merge into one space. The host, Marion, was wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and full of helpful recommendations. This place exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

I had a great time at Christophe’s place. His parents are so friendly and sweet. They gave us a chance to arrive at the place and drop off our luggages. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This is a perfect stay for two people wanting to explore the French side of the island. Friars Bay beach was 10 minutes walking distance from the house. This beach became my top 3 of St Martin 😊😁 the food at the cafe is delicious. We felt in love with their dog Oscar. He’s the sweetest!
