Incredible! The WoW factor when we walked to the pool was overwhelming. So much so, that we chose to stay there our first full day to soak in the atmosphere. It's a must see experience, no down side. It was like being at a private resort with a heated, well maintained pool and manicured grounds, very tastefully staged. So envious. Next time, we will bring bicycles to ride to town, it's only a few miles away. DC traffic is not to be trifled with; its Nascar. Our only bad part was Gladys wasn't around to say goodbye, we truly missed out there. We loved every second we spent with her. This is by far the high bar of airbnb's for us, and we've been to some stunning places, but this is our favorite. It was the best part of our trip!

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

Perfect stay for a large group! Lots of rooms! Lots of beds! 3.5 baths is clutch!!!! And affordable!!!! Also, the water pressure was amazing! We’ll have to come back when we can use the pool! Thanks so much!

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. This place was great for our family and a quick hop on an Uber to all the DC attractions. The place was very clean and I loved the white noise machine in the bedroom. The host communicates very quickly and we’re great hosts. I would definitely stay here again. The house was stocked with everything we needed including the waters in the refrigerator. Great home away from home. Family trip with 3 generations and everyone loved the house. House design perfect for family to spread out but also join together in large family/ kitchen area. Very close to MGM and shopping area- just a short drive. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place with a lovely spot on the south river. Loved the views and how the space allowed the views to really shine. Comfortable, clean, would stay again if I come back to the area. Very peaceful and what I was hoping for. (And not far to town/other things either!)

Everything was set to like hotel. Clean beds, bathrooms had extra soaps, toilet paper, blow dryer, and shampoo and conditioner. I loved the house it’s set up. The only problem I would say it’s a 4 level home and you only get the top half and some eles lives underneath you. When I thought I paid for the whole house. The sliding door is so hard to open. And pest control. Everything else was great, he’s a phone call away for any questions.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Nebiyu’s house. It was more than enough room for our group and very convenient location to National Harbor and Old Town Alexandria. The house was spacious and clean!

A wonderful experience in a gorgeous home! the perfect place for two families to blend. The house was even better than the photos, a rare occurrence. Erin had the house stocked with everything you could possibly need. All you have to bring is the food, should you choose to use the kitchen. Comfy beds, enough space for everyone to have private time. But also a great space for everyone to come together. Great location, safe neighborhood, close to Old Town and a short car ride from all the wonders of downtown DC. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this listing.

This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

Cynthia's place is exactly as described and pictures represent it well. We were celebrating many occasions with four couples and the home was perfect for a large gathering. The owner communicated well. The location was great for accessing Olde Town Alexandria as well as Mt Vernon. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect for what we needed, we were in town for a large event, wanted to be able to easily get an Uber into the city center for the event but far enough away that it wasn't super busy or overrun with people. Host was incredibly kind and responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay here again!!
