This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

Just a few miles from Sprague's. 25 min. from Olean where you'll find just about anything you might need, and 15 min. from Cuba where you'll find the cutest small businesses and locally owned restaurants around! We have several parks, preserves, and kayak launches close. You'll be within 2 hours of Allegany State park, and Letchworth State park, and just 2.5 hours from Niagara Falls! Staying in? You'll find true serenity on the back porch, listening to the creek from your adirondack chair!

Quiet cabin in the woods with pond view/firepit

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

This cabin is located in the serene Enchanted Mountains with plenty outdoor activities and just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.
